Trio taste Chinese & Thai food — Restaurant in Union

Trio has been opened for about 4 months now, The quality of the food is very good. Talked with the chef who was very nice and helpful with making selections on different dishes and how spicy🌶 he can make them, or not. My wife and I shared the Moo shu Pork and my son had the Chicken lo mein. Excellent dishes with so much flavor and the portions are very generous. My wife and I were completely satisfied with sharing the one dish. We will definitely be trying out some other menu items as well in the near future. We highly recommend this new found gem. I got their menu recently in the mail and at first I thought, “another Chinese food restaurant? Well, I wish them the best of luck cause there’s a lot of competition.”

Well, I decided to order from them and it was delicious. Got their house special fried rice and Kung pao chicken was I enjoyed. They also gave me a sample of their (I believe) pepper chicken which was mind-blowingly good. I think I need to order that next time.

Anyway, I wish them all the success and I hope more people try them out. I think this town has room for another Chinese...

This place is a gem. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious — no misses at all. The black pepper chicken, house special fried rice, chicken pad thai, and teriyaki dishes were all standouts. Steamed options are great if you want something lighter. Fast delivery, super friendly owners who are happy to customize dishes, and a clean space with a few tables if you want to dine in. Definitely beats the other Asian takeout spots in Union....
