Dream World of Fashion, Inc — Local services in Union

I had the opportunity to deal with Tina the “Owner” of Dream World Of Fashion, Inc over the phone regarding a simple inquiry about a Baptism robe. Tina had a nasty attitude from the moment the conversation started over the phone. I simply asked if she had Baptism robes available for sale? I also asked if she could provide me with a price range? She said “I have every type of robe you can think of and I don’t discuss price over the phone”!

I mentioned that my Mother happens to be our First Lady in our church and one of her faithful loyal customer’s for many years. Tina said “Who is your Mother and how much money does she spend in my store”? I then said to Tina “is it really important and is it all about the money with you when it comes to professional customer service”?

Tina lacks emotional intelligent and professional courtesy. It’s clearly about how much money you spend in Tina’s store that happens to be her top priority. I would highly recommend if you truly work hard for your money, do yourself a favor and take your business to someone who actually appreciates you instead of your money! Tina was extremely rude, nasty and obnoxious over the phone. After carefully evaluating the recent experience I had with Tina, I advise my Mother to take her business to another clothing vendor!

First and foremost I want to say Dreamworld of Fashion has been in business over 30 plus years and have always provided Outstanding Service. Tina is a jewel and a woman of GOD . @ryanspellman after reviewing your review it’s sad that as a MAN you would TRY to discredit a Woman of her OWN business that go above and beyond to provide excellent service . I had the opportunity several times to shop in Dream World and have always been treated with dignity and love. She is a women of God and always handle her business professional. I personally have had many conversations with her. I even purchased 6 suits and she gave me great deals. Ms. Tina will give you her heart.
