Today I went in around noon to make reservations for 3:00, but was told I needed to make them 24 hours in advance. No one was there, and nobody had reserved a room, but she refused to reserve a room for me with only ~3 hours notice. Makes no sense and her answer was "I'm just doing what the boss said to do". OK, robot... how about we give correct information, try to be polite and actually help people who are new to town, and not blindly follow...
