Jolt Drive Thru Coffee Universal City — Restaurant in Universal City

I have been curious/wanting to try the place since it opened up on pat booker,however, like most people I am a creature of habit and kept going to my regular spot where I would wait in a line and be processed through like a cow mill/hurry up and wait kinda style coffee spot. I decided to finally try Jolt Coffee and give it a chance this morning(03/04/2021) around 7am and I was not disappointed at all!!! I love that the menu/list of what is offered is a ways back from the window so you have time to think/read whatcha want as well as there is such a variety that it can please all who order. Once I pulled up I was greeted by a gentleman ( didn't catch his name 😔) who was so kind and so down to earth that the convo was a breeze and he made sure I got what I wanted exactly and that I didn't drive off before trying my drink since it was my first coffee there, I got an iced blondie and it was sooooo smooth and delicious 😋 and not bitter like most places...what won me over is that at all other places I always end up having to add Splenda to sweeten the bitterness of my coffee but not with this order with Jolt Coffee...I was amazed and the flavor was on point....only downside was I only ordered a small cup and it was gone by the time I was on 3009 😟. This place is my new favorite and their stamp card system has a lot of perks ( double punch on card on Tuesdays and an extra/free 2nd espresso shot offered on Fridays and after 10 punches the next one is free 😀😎) My son was just as amazed with the gentlemans calm spirit and that he was working all on his own and showed him what hard work looks like but that he enjoyed what he did that when we were driving away he stated "can we come here tomorrow morning for your coffee and tip him $20 he was kind and you love your coffee so much" So with that said I shall stop my rambling (haha) and see yall tomorrow morning 🤙❤😁...

Stopped by around 2pm may 31st Saturday and the ginger woman took my order. She was very sassy and not happy to be working today at all. I didn’t get her name so I described her this way. Not sure if someone didn’t want to be on the schedule or if it was just her mood for the day. I ordered a simple blondie coffee. She handed the drink to me very roughly and seemed annoyed that I was asking about my first time user voucher coupon. I said it twice since she didn’t say anything when I mentioned it and she answered all mad saying she just used my number to find it as if I knew how it worked. I was just trying to be helpful. I’ll keep my business at Dutch bros and 7brew LOL. So much attitude...

When the place in new braunfels opened i tried Jolt ... Coffee tasted like hazelnut coffee which i hate. Dumped it out and went elsewhere. Recently i thought that since they were just open that it was an oversight. I was in universal city and thought i would give them another try. I got my usual 6 shot americano , it was extremely weak . 6 shots of espresso should be pretty strong, i shouldnt be able to see the bottom of the cup . if i wanted weak coffee i would go to a gas station. I see now why the place down the street had a long line and...
