Hands down, BEST trophy shop in San Antonio! Words cannot describe what this shop was able to accomplish for me in a few hours compared to what it took other shops weeks.

Very affordable; out of the five other shops I visited thier prices were almost half of the rest.

Quality of the product and friendliness of the staff are top notch.They kept me under my budget, worked with me changing the design several times to meet my exact wishes and delivered more than I even expected.

It was easy to work with Darlene getting a gift for an associate. While email response times were initially a little delayed, I do appreciate receiving a proof, or example of work, that could be quality checked prior to the actual production of the item. The final product was also ready for pickup at the time she emailed me after the proof was verified.

One other complaint I have is the cost of the item. It seems like a pretty simple product (although I don't have the necessary machines to replicate), but it is great quality with an equally high price...
