There’s a “Keisha” who works here. No joke. Yes her name is Keisha. Dreaded lady who is ABSOLUTELY rude. Listen to this. IM SHOPPING MINDING MY BUSINESS and go to checkout and had a box for my items the lady puts my items in the cart (no problem there) and asks me if I’m paying card or cash, I say “Apple Pay.” Yes I know that means a card but you do realize that WALMART AND OTHER STORES DONT ALWAYS TAKE APPLE PAY… but she gets mad and replies. “So say card…”
Umm pardon me. ?
But yes this is where the issue began. So after that snarky remark I was like okay… I’m not gon trip Over a 40 year old women mad at me I said Apple Pay instead of card. So I keep it pushing, I start bagging my items IN THE CART RIGHT NEXT TO HER, the customer behind me has a cart and is waiting for me to move out the way… so like the normal citizen I am, I MOVE OUT THE WAY. Now keep in mind I’m bagging my items while there in the cart right next to KEISHA so I ask her “DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE THIS CART OVER THERE”(towards the bagging wall)
She replies… and I kid you not. “NO THIS IS MY CART!” And I’m dumbfounded. DUMBFOUNDED! So I’m like okay maybe she’s worried about her not getting the cart back right. So I say “hey I got no problem bringing the cart right back to you…”
Keep in mind the customer behind me has a cart and starts to offer his cart because well… WHAT IS KEISHA going to do with TWO carts?? So I’m confused that I’m really getting yelled at by this lady over a cart. And I’m looking around completely dumbfounded and confused on what to do…
Now for perspective I’m still standing right next to the register (because she doesn’t want me to take the cart to the bagging area) and the customer behind me has a cart in the checkout aisle waiting for his items to be placed in HIS cart. So I tell Keisha (this where I start retaliating)
“I can give you a quarter, (for the cart because maybe that’s why she’s tripping) but this man behind me is being held up because you (Keisha) wants to argue over this cart she now owns apparently…”
This is getting long so I’ll speed it up
I proceed to take the cart because well DUH and bag my items up, then I bring the cart back to KEISHA (yes the women’s name is actually Keisha) and I left. But I was so shaken up about the ordeal that I went to talk to her manager some smaller Asian lady who obviously is scared of this women. And as I’m telling her what just happened I see the other employees with big eyes nodding at me (in agreence that Keisha is a problem) literally pointing at a piece of paper that says ALDI’s HR on it. There pointing at this paper telling me without saying any words to report her. Like there literally mouthing the words behind this Asian managers back “report her.” So I guess this Asian lady who manages this ALDI’s isn’t capable of disciplining her associates when there out of line. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BEING FRUSTRATED WITH WORK. Come on now we’re all human…
But STEPPING COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE to yell and argue with a customer over a CART. Whilst the customer behind me was confused why she needed that cart anyway. That needs to be addressed fixed and if it was me should have been fired. I can get them better talent for probably $4 less a hour truthfully…
But hey that’s the...
Read moreThis low review is specifically because of how the store manager, Cedric handled customer service with me. I ordered for pick up. I pulled in a pickup spot and selected I'm here in the app. After 20 min I received a notification to come in because there's was no one to bring my food to me.
I came in and asked security where do you pick food up. He walked me back to a set of double doors. He spoke to someone on the other side and came out and said that "he" would be helping me. I was not sure who "he" was. I waited for someone to come out and speak with me. I saw a man walk out, look at me and go straight to the front of the store. After a few minutes I walked back towards security to ask who was the person I was supposed to be speaking to and apparently it was the man that just passed me. Cedric came out and addressed the security guard and began to walk away and I stopped him to ask him what was going on with my order. He snapped at me when responding. I mentioned how he had not spoken to me about my order and originally walked straight passed me. He stated that I didn't say anything to him so he kept walking. I asked him how I would know who he was or that he was working in this without him saying something to me. He became ruder. I asked for his name. He told me Cedric. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I told him he needed better customer service. He said someone would be going to get the order but that did not clarify if I needed to wait in the store or if they were bringing it out. I asked him to refund me the delivery fee because I had come in and got the order and no one brought it to my car. He yelled to talk to instacart about that. He never provided clarity on if I needed to wait in store, apologized for my wait or offered any solution. I went to my car. The order was brought to my car by Christian who advised he gave Cedric my order before he went on break. He was just coming back from break and apologized for how...
Read moreThe worker Michele is very rude and deserves to be fired for her extreme lack of customer service skills. She was ableist towards my family member where I had to step in and confront her. She was checking out our groceries while putting everything in a separate cart from my family members cart on the mobile scooter. She then told me to move all the groceries from one cart to another and I told her that was not the best option and suggested she just get another cart was she was completed checking us out. She then told me “Girl, move! What are you doing!?”. She has a terrible nasty attitude like she didn’t want to work and like it was so difficult for her to check us out…Seems like being a cashier while sitting down is such a difficult role for her. I have been going to this location my whole life but now I will no longer bring me business here is that means I have to tolerate disrespect...
