I also wanted to leave a good review and find a new place. I also was charged $71 for dip polish. I sat there for an hour and read $61 with a manicure. She didn't even ask if I wanted a manicure. I didn't. She proceeded to scrape and file my nails with an electric file which several times hurt when she hit my skin. She cut my nails super short which I didn't want and now a few of my nails feel numb. I'm a minimalist when it comes to my nails . Push back cuticle kinda gal so hated all the filing and scraping. I'm sure that after removal my nails will be destroyed. The overall look is ok as I'm not at all picky with my nails although one was crooked and I had to file it myself. There was a surcharge which I never saw a sign posted. I even tipped her $10 which I totally regret. Didn't want to cause a scene and didn't fully digest the situation until I left. Will never attend again. My actual pedicure lasted 10 Minutes. The rest of the time was painting my toes. I think she rubbed one scrub on me for 10 seconds literally. Definitely not worth $55. I got a full set as well was not informed of any of the up charges my full set and 10 minute pedicure was $245.00. When I asked for a breakdown of the total the lady ringing me out started yelling across the salon at the girl doing my pedicure about why she didn’t tell me about $22.00 for chrome and $15.00 for gel, and $55.00 for the worst snowflakes drawn on my hand I’ve ever seen on my life. She refused to give me a breakdown of charges until after I paid. Defeating the purpose. I expect small up charges but over $100 in up charges without being informed is ludicrous then to be laughed at and embarrassed is another level. 10/10 do...

You can find another place. I was recommended by family and it was a waste of time and money. Christine (owner) had a very unfriendly demeanor and would not help me find a similar color to what I wanted stating “you have to spend time looking at colors” and “I do have other customers”…in addition to a few snarky comments, as if it was my first time visiting a nail salon.

I told her I wanted OPI white and she gave me a translucent white, didn’t say anything or ask any questions but I’ll accept responsibility for not clarifying white-white. The polish work was rushed and up close looks blotchy even after 3 coats.

Lastly the price…$70 for a gel manicure? Not with a paraffin dip or anything else. I would not be upset if the price matched the quality of work. The service was $40 best, so I basically left a $30 tip.
