New, European style - Danish equipment - playground with added safety measures. A nature area with tree stumps, dried logs/branches for building, a water pump & rock garden as well as swings, climbing equipment and a unique "carousel" to go round-n-round. Pavilions for picnic lunches or dinners. Kids can pick wild flowers in the meadow adjacent to the playground while parents relax and look on from one of the many benches. Great well maintained and fun newer local neighborhood park. Play structures for bigger and younger kids along with swings. Small covered area with picnic tables and larger gazebo in the middle. Additional areas with logs and stumps for clinging and playing and an open field. There are bathrooms available which are in pretty good shape for outdoor public bathrooms, as well as water fountains and bottle filler. Walking path around...

We visited at the park for a fall festival. They were lots of vendors with arts and crafts and local produce and other products. Very nice park with a nice gazebo for the band to play walking paths. Open field areas. Great neighborhood park. The only thing to be aware of is during events. They will block off the areas close to the park and you'll have to park on neighborhood streets and walk...
