As a Cleveland native, I enjoy a nice meal from time to time when going out to eat. Today was my first time actually eating at Primoz Pizza in University Heights as Iāve heard many people (including a family member rave about how good the pizza tastes). While the pizza is delicious as was described, while I was checking to see other menu options that were offered, today is Tuesday New Yearās Eve: on the menu it shows specials throughout the week and Tuesdays are 2 for 1 Tuesdays, per the menu it says āBuy one any size pizza get 2nd Free - Any special cannot be combined with another special or couponā. Clearly somethingās wrong as the Cashier never mentioned this and I purchased a medium sized Pepperoni pizza, nothing special or coupons used - If businesses donāt follow/honor their word and in this case their word being their menu, how can I as a customer trust that I wonāt be cheated out of future specials/offers?- due to this experience, that is why Iāve rated this 2 out of 5 overall as a first time customer, this makes me question any future visits even though the food was good, the ball was dropped following the...

I ordered 3 large pizzas with delivery charges and tip my total came to around $80. First I will say the best pizza sauce was delicious but the pan pizza I ordered was dumpy gumpy and did not have a good amount of toppings(bacon,pineapple ,green peppers) I had a taste for a good pan pizza I thought it would be airy with carmelized edges but instead I had floppy raw pizza that actually made me ill. I didn't get my entire order and when I realized it, I was unable to reach the Uber driver to confirm if they had it. When I called the restaurant they said it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything about it. As I began to ask why, or how do I get a refund, they hung up on me. Absolutely horrendous customer service. If this is how they treat customers I don't know why anyone, regardless of the quality or not of their food, would support the business.
