Making food and not washing hands or putting on gloves. Gross!
I arrived to the store at 5:56 and my pick up time was 6:15. I waited in my car until 6:10/6:12 gave one of the employees my name and he didn’t see the order. He went and grabbed someone out of the office and he looked for my order as well, didn’t see it where they place pickup orders. There was a pizza on the line that hadn’t been in the oven yet. The worker from the office proceeded to place pepperoni on that pizza and place it in oven. He helped another customer, cashed her out and went right back in the kitchen preparing orders. I asked him about the pizza he had just put in the oven, “was it my order”? He said yes and I asked him to remake it. He responded with an attitude and asked me why and I told him I watched him come out of that office, handle money and the register, and go in the kitchen to make food. He didn’t wash his hands or have in gloves. He told me another coworker would remake it, which was fine with me. There was no apology for the long wait or for him having poor food handling skills. He still didn’t wash his hands but he did put on gloves before making another customers order. When my food was finally done at 6:37 they placed it on the rack behind the counter, they both stood there like neither one of them wanted to hand me the pizza as if I was being unruly or difficult. I just thought that was nasty and wanted my food remade. I wasn’t loud or rude. In fact I was very patient with these employees. Anybody working in the restaurant business should have common knowledge about washing hands constantly. This could make someone very sick. I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreI ordered from them for a meeting and I could only choose certain times and unfortunately I made a mistake and asked for it to be delivered at 12 am. I tried to call and see if they could bring my order still but they told me that they tried to deliver it the night before so we cant order again unless we pay. I am very disappointed. We spend so much money at this location and they cant even accommodate for a mistake. I know that it was my fault but to tell me there isn't anything we can do is unacceptable. I am very disappointed. I feel that there should be a follow up with these type of orders so people who make mistakes dont have to deal with this issue. Fortunately I am to place an order for basically the same Pizza from somewhere else and I can get it delivered the same day. For them to tell me that there isn't anything the GM can do is just acceptable. Again I know it was my mistake but still...You know what they say Customer is always right. Read moreIt was the definition of a robbery, a boldface lie, or better put a scam! I ordered a $27 dollar large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. It might have been a little of my fault ordering it through UBER but the disappointment would affect any human being. I directly put in the notes to make sure you don’t forget the extra cheese and guess what they do? They don’t even put the regular amount of cheese on the pizza. Don’t forget not even putting around 7 pepperonis, sausages and mushrooms all together. I went back into the restaurant and the employee explained that “ we did put the right amount of toppings on the pizza”. I shock my head and left. Now I’m home. I put in my notes that I wanted all flats. Now I know it’s 2023 and thats a hard task to ask for. Why did they give me almost all drums with a half table spoon of buffalo sauce. Sorry to say spending $42 for pizza dough and 10 plain wings is totally a fraud. They got me this time but...
