Exceptional staff with amazing customer service. I have visited here numerous times without my furbaby and one of the last times I went I brought her. She is a very timid pup as she is a rescue. They made her feel very comfortable and this was her first visit to any pet store. The workers approached her quite approapriately and allowed her to come to them. And then they spoiled her with treats. They are definetly "pet people" She was in heaven. They even acknowledged that I don't like to give her treats without her performing a command. So, they gave her various commands prior to spoiling her. LOL

I love the selection of products here. PetPeople definetly has offerings that you can't find anywhere else. All of the products are wholesome and make me at ease in giving it to my pup. They have a great reward program based on the amount of pet food you purchase. I think the 11th one is free. I was told that if you typically purchase the large bags your free one will be large or based on the size that you usually buy.

The prices are what you would expec t for a high end pet store. $$ . The discount program thehy offer make it worth it to buy pet food here. Usually my experience is extremely positive and helpful. Unfortunately not today with someone who I believe is new. I went to the store around 6:30 - 6:40 ish to give my dog a bath. When I arrived the bathing rooms were filled so I walked around to kill the time. Well when one of the customers left I politely asked the new girl if anyone was before me. She very rudely and dismissive said they stop allowing baths at 7:00pm. Since it was after 7pm( it’s was 7:04pm) I would not be able to to bathe my dog. Now considering she seen me enter at 6:30pm and never said a word to me. I said I was here to give my dog a bath when I arrived. Why wouldn’t she say that when I entered 30 minutes prior like if you are not going to greet or assist me at least do something. I say this to say the older woman working here great, Jackie amazing but this new employee who just got here please send her elsewhere. my dog was skunked and advice and home remedies hadnt really did the job. I called Pet People asking if they had a shampoo. They did but they also recommended coming in to their self wash and using the blue shampoo. I just had to finish an hour before closing. I walked my stink dog over there and was greeted by Jalen who got me all set up. Best bath experience ever. My boy was safe in the tub on a rubber mat. My back wasnt broken by washing him in my tub at home. Towels provided, a choice of shampoos, hot/cold water, apron, dryer...all for under $13. They clean up afterwards. It was a great experience. His coat after 2 latherings - silky soft and the stink was cut by 90% and he was happy the whole time. Afterwards we got some treats and Jalen hooked us up with customer cards.
