Awesome as it's right down the street from me and my new spot to go,first time today that I really explored the trails,picked some flowers,found a couple feathers,also loved soaking myself in the cold crick water,priceless as I felt just like a kid,little things in life go a long way and don't cost nothing,found my daily new hobbie:)

Some of my favorite trails are in the wissahickon network! They tend to do great upkeep, have fun but safe creek crossings, provide footbridges over marshy areas when needed, and have decent signage. Wish they were more well connected but in the burbs it is what it is.

Some of my favorite trails are in the wissahickon network! They tend to do great upkeep, have fun but safe creek crossings, provide footbridges over marshy areas when needed, and have decent signage. Wish they were more well connected but in the burbs it is what it is.

The Four Mills Nature Reserve is a secluded, aesthetic gem that will no doubt surprise you with its winding, wooded trails and pedestrian bridges that cross over the Wissahickon Creek. Definitely a nice place for nature photographers in addition to the nature loving...
