While the company successfully fixed the audio issue, this repair led to a new problem with my spa lights, which had never malfunctioned before their visit.
After South Hampton completed their work, the lights in my hot tub began to malfunction. I promptly contacted them regarding this new issue, but instead of providing a solution, they gave me the runaround and claimed that the audio repair was unrelated to the lights. After conducting some research into the spa's wiring it became evident that the audio and light connections are located near each other, making their claim dubious.
Moreover, the manufacturer had to send another technician to rectify the situation. This technician mentioned that South Hampton most likely caused the lighting issue and also noted that South Hampton did a poor job of putting the cabinet back together in my spa. The technician mentioned that some of the wiring was pinched because of the way Southampton put the cabinet panels back on the tub. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. However, it is essential for a company to take responsibility and correct any issues they may have caused. Unfortunately, South Hampton Hot Tub Services failed to do so, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Ultimately, they came out 3 different times to fix two different leaks in our hot tub. Each time they made a repair, we were told to wait a few hours to fill the hot tub and every time we filled the hot tub, there was another leak. We were told that the leaks from new areas and had to pay each time they visited. But, when they noticed that one of the leaks was from their previous repair, Dave got extremely rude to my wife, gave her the check and took off the part that he fixed earlier that day and said that the hot tub was "unrepairable". This direction all came from his boss Pete and they did not honor their customer satisfaction guarantee of (1yr) for any of their repairs.
