Initial contact with the company was really pleasant. They were eager to help me get my design on the shirt, make sure I had the option to change out the item of my choice to be printed on, and get me checked out. Turn around time was ok. The shirt quality itself was good and for no minimums the price was mid range. The issue is that during the design placement the system didn’t notify me that the design would print pixelated and no one placing my design on their team notified me while helping, that they could also see pixelated images. I know this is possible to be fixed on their end because I’ve used other printers that were able to see it and reformat it for me, which I’d have done, even for a cost. My order arrives and the image is so pixelated I can’t use them for their intended purpose. I shared the shirts with my team and they too agreed the image printed too pixelated to represent our business and brand well. I messaged broken arrow sharing that I wasn’t very thrilled with the order and why. They share it’s because my image wasn’t high enough resolution. I ask what can be done. They fire back with preferred file types. I share that I don’t have access to those file types and ask for clarification, that because I don’t have these files there’s nothing they can and are willing to do. And again bring notice to the fact that I was kind of confused as to why no one during the design process told me the image was pixelated. Their response is that “art is subjective “. Which confirms to me that they could see the image was pixelating and instead of asking if it was intentional, ran the print and sent me a product that can’t be worn for my business. No resolution or satisfaction guarantee to stand behind their brand and quality has been offered. I as a small business am out 100$ worth of product and money. And I guess that’s on me because I should have started on the reviews here before choosing this company. There are reviews from 7 years ago with the exact same issue I am having. So, one star for poor quality, poor customer service, and no resolution to the issue for me or within the last 7 years of them having operated. It’s poor business ethics at best.
Editing to add as a follow up to Kortni, that she is being dishonest. One of their staff named Olivia helped with the initial setting of my design. I didn’t set it myself because the design interface isn’t user friendly. Their company set the initial design and the proofs they sent didn’t show pixelated images either. Kortni is the one with...
Read moreSTOLE MY MONEY! (avoid). I ordered $200 of custom shirts for my European music tour. The shirts never arrived and I ordered similar items from Rush Order Tees, which sent them promptly. Meanwhile, Broken Arrow Wear alleged that I gave them the wrong street number to my brother’s address of forty (40) years, where I was putting my tour together from. He lives out in the country on 33 acres and there are only a few other houses on the street, so IF Broken Arrow Wear actually mailed them, the postman would have delivered them to my brother, notwithstanding any street number mistake. The supposed wrong address is a vacant lot down the street. When I contacted them, I verified my brother’s address, told them that I ordered the items elsewhere and requested a refund, which was denied. Instead of shipping the items there, they apparently sent me an email (buried somewhere in the Gmail thread) which I did not see since I was now in Europe, asking if they could ship the items to my brother’s address. When I returned from Europe, I verified that my brother had never received anything, so I contacted Broken Arrow to request either a refund or that they ship the items. They responded that they threw the items out and again denied a refund. I have no idea whether I inadvertently hit “1123” instead of “1223” for my brother’s address or what the postman might say about all of this, but why did they throw out the items (not bulky, not a 300 piece order or anything) and refuse to refund my money? I got nothing for my nearly $200. Even if it was my mistake, why not just hold onto the items or ship them to the verified address? I have no way of knowing whether they were ever actually made or shipped. Even if I were the at-fault party, I would never do business with Broken Arrow again, this is not good customer service. Take your business elsewhere! UPDATE: Note the company's response (there is no way to respond directly...), "tying more to be right" (as another reviewer stated) than in actually providing customer service. It's also incorrect, they did not "reach out multiple times" - they apparently sent one email (which I did not see) and then threw my items out. Why won't this place either refund my money or send...
Read moreWe found this awesome company through a Google search where I read reviews regarding the best online t-shirt printing options.
Broken Arrow consistently appeared on the top of just about every review list I found so I felt good about trying their service to create a batch of shirts I needed for my group of live event production industry professionals that I work with.
These are highly experienced concert touring personnel who know the difference between a poorly made tour t-shirt versus a well made and long lasting shirt they’ll have for years.
I was thrilled and not surprised when the reviews came in from my recipients of our shirts from Broken Arrow and they were fantastic.
Everyone went out of their way to contact me to say how impressed they’re were with the shirts.
They stated not only were they happy with design but more so they were extremely happy that their purchase got them shirts of such great quality.
They went on to say how the print seemed excellent and should last through many years of wearing them on the road and running then through the multitude of washing machines they encounter when touring.
The company’s experience really shined when I began my interactions with them requesting the shirts be made and the information I would need to determine my direction of purchasing them.
They were friendly, enormously helpful and the service was not only top notch but it was very fast getting the shirts in everyone’s hands before my unfortunately imposed deadline with us supplying the shirts to my group members for an upcoming expo held for live event production professionals and the major touring band members themselves.
It’s an incredible event for our industry and these shirts were very important that they arrive before they traveled to the event and of course that they looked like high quality touring cloths that fellow industry mates have come to expect.
Bottom line is, I highly recommend this company Broken Arrow and you can know as well that you’ll be very pleased when you choose them for your t-shirt printing requirements.
Truly an awesome company that I am very grateful for their support with all of my...
