Promenade Shopping Plaza — Attraction in Valdosta

I'm rating it 4 stars because when I stopped in to purchase an item I had a hard time finding the item or a person to show me where I needed to go. I finally found the item and watched team members walk all over the place, they were a little busy so I was patient, but I ended up standing at the item for about 20 minutes with nobody stopping to see if I needed help. I then proceeded to go wait another 10 minutes in the checkout line to get someone paged over to where I was. I then proceeded to go back to the item and ended up waiting another 15 minutes before someone walked up to me to see if I needed help. The gentleman was very helpful and nice, I never saw him the whole time I was there so I didn't direct my frustration towards him but did mention my frustration with how everything happened. He apologized several times, it was during the holiday so I expected it, I'll continue to shop there simply because things happen and we are...

The pavement is a wreck full of big holes. I would advise those unfamiliar to drive slowly so as to not bottom their vehicles out. I don't know if that's ok the city or the merchants to fix, but someone really ought to take care of that. Other than all that, the stores are fine. I've visited a few on a regular basis. Best Buy is there, next to a Books A Million. I didn't even know that chain of bookstores was still in business. Best Buy has everything I want for Christmas! I’m a doctoral student at Grand Canyon University and I need a new computer. I hope I’m getting one for Christmas. This is where my last computer came from and my printer 3 1/2 years ago. I also purchased myself a phone from here for less than 200.00 and I can do my papers on my phone, make corrections etc. it’s a great Motorola phone.
