Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Valdosta

Initially when I walked in it started off good the lady at the register was very nice greeted myself as well as my son even laughed a little with us. But as we got into our dining experience we then notice the employees behind the counter where the pizza buffet is some of them need to learn customer service experience and learn not to be rude to customers my son asked one of the ladies a question and she looked at my son like he was stupid and then rolled her eyes and answered his question. The other gentlemen I don't know if he was a manager I do but he was fairly rude also when I asked in general about an alfredo pizza he ignored me, and the same lady that rolled her eyes at my son turn it down to this old Alfredo pizza that's been on the bar and said we have this and I asked if I can get a fresh one a and she rolled her eyes at me and told the cook can you put in alfredo pizza on. It's just not the best experience as to when two years ago I took my kids for their birthday and they had a blast and it was a fun experience everybody was so friendly smiling. The employees there now act like they hate their job, and on the way home instantly on the ride home as soon as we left the restaurant mine and my son's stomach both started hurting so bad I could not even drive. don't know if I will be back I'm kind of...

Today we went and ate at this place. My little sister wanted to play in the games area they have. She purchased a $10 dollars card to play. When she tried to play the games were not working. We went to the "front desk" to let the lady know and she said "the games are not working" I told her there was not sign saying they were not working and we already have purchased a card and of course we wanted our money back. She was VERY rude, she just keep saying the games were not working, I told them there was not sign available for customers to know they were not working, I asked her to speak to a manager and she just turned around and left. I don’t know her name but she was a big black lady. She was being rude to all the people that were at the restaurant. I think if she doesn’t want to work she should stay at her house. The $10 dollars were not what upset us at the end, it was her rude attitude. I hope they enjoy the money they take from customers not making...
