Okay, listen up Valdosta!! This place is DELISH. We had A2 fried Shrimp rolls + A10 Beef Ball Soup for appetizers. For entrees we had P4 for chicken noodle soup, just as the kitchen precautioned it was spicy and for someone that loves spicy this did not disappoint. Another entree was C4 Shrimp Fried Rice and it was probably our favorite choice aside from the Shrimp Rolls. These photos are exactly what they appear to be, amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Please note this restaurant is brand new and currently in their soft opening phase, please go with intentions of extending grace as servers are also learning the menu. The soft spa like music is a relaxing touch to the environment. 10/10 recommend.

Pho is one of my fave foods🍲💕 so ofc I had to visit here on opening day!! (Oops late review👀🌸) I got the tofu & veggie pho and eggs rolls and it was sooooo good!! There was a really nice variety of veggies, the noodles were a great texture, and the soup was light and flavourful🍲✨ The portion was really generous I almost couldn’t eat it all🙊🙊 All the staff were really friendly and attentive despite how busy it was and the fact they just opened☀️ I’m so excited for them to have boba in the future!!🧋

We were very excited to try out this new restaurant! The inside is beautifully designed and decorated. We had the fried shrimp rolls for an appetizer which were very tasty! We very much enjoyed the lobster fried rice and Chicken stir fry egg noodle. The food was so fresh and delicious!

The place isn’t getting better for an establishment that’s been open for 3 weeks now. They’re still closing on irregular days. The staff are still confused. They’re serving people in random order. At this point, I’m pretty sure the owner needs to look into his own staffing and address issues. Just because a staff member is coming to work, doesn’t mean they’re actually good for the business.

Soft Opening I got it. I’ve been here 4 times within the span of their 5 days since their opening. Overall it’s not bad, but needs a lot of work. I have not seen a progression of it improving, if anything getting worst since day one. I won’t even compare it to other Vietnamese restaurants outside of valdosta. If you’re not going to have a dedicated hostess, make sure someone is actively greeting and sitting customers. The servers can rotate and the manager can help. The servers and manager SHOULD KNOW their own food and menu. They should have came in early to learn the menu and system. If you’re going to run out of items, the cooks need to communicate it with the owner on staff so they can relay it to the manager and staff. Keep a running tally of items so there isn’t miscommunication.

Overall the food isn’t bad but there so many kinks and quirks to work out. It starts with the owner and manager that needs to step up. The staff should be under control not everyone running around clueless by day 5. (Including the manager) I see some servers sitting down chatting while others are confused wandering but tables aren’t checked in and customers waiting at the door. Waiting for food if food is fine, but communication is key. No one should be waiting for a table when there are clearly tables open. This review isn’t to turn people away, but to hopefully show the owners to manager their place better on things they need to work on. Easy tips are have your staff come in earlier to practice the menu, the pos system, taking orders. Practice with each other taking orders. Fill a bowl up with water and have people learn to carry it without being scared of accidentally spilling etc. Lots of small easy tricks to improve. I’ll continue to frequent the establishment and hopefully see...

The worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. The server staff was great, but the owner was horrible. My friend and I ordered one dish each. One of the staff came over and asked who ordered the egg noodles. We both did, but they were different types. I said I did, and was given the meal. I had ordered one with different seafood, however the one I had only had shrimp. About 5 mins later our server came over with the dish I had actually ordered. I told the server I was going to ask what happened to the other seafood because I only had shrimp. At this point, I had eaten maybe 10% of the meal. The team leader came over and we explained what happened. So she went to ask the owner if he could remake the meal for my friend because of the mix up. The owner said no. He basically said it was our fault for eating the wrong meal placed in front of us. On top of that, the server said if they make an error on the meals like that, the amount of the meal will be taken from their pay. Not wanting the server to pay (It wasn’t even her fault. Another server came with the meal.), I opted to pay. Long story short, my friend ended up leaving the restaurant without eating. If you want to be treated like “The customer is always wrong, We won’t make it right, and we don’t care about our customers”, this place is for you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend...

Went for the grand opening. Atmosphere was nice and aesthetically pleasing. Service was..... okay. I don't blame the servers or anything. We waited an hour and a half for food, just for my food to be wrong. We ordered the correct one again for take out, they comped it, and that only took 15 minutes. Turns out, none of the servers or managers knew the menu before opening. They learned the menu day of. Kitchen staff was scrambling to get stuff out. I actually feel bad for them. It wasn't even limited seating for the opening, the place was packed. It didn't seem like the servers had dedicated sections, some were going over tables others had already served. It was kind of a disaster. The staff deserved to be better prepared. In other news, the food...
