Harbor Freight — Attraction in Venice

I will never come to this harbor freight again I come in 15 minutes before they close to buy a compressor and sandblaster and employee does not want to go to the back and grab it as you can hear in this video and this is after I already asked one employee if I can get it so I asked another employee walked them to the compressor. the compressor is not on the shelf you have to go to the back and pick it up and they don’t even wanna bring it to the front with me to put it in the car terrible service and if I was a business owner, I would fire these two employees that do not want to work, but are allowing people to come in before closing and don’t wanna attend to people. This is by far very unprofessional, and these are not the type of people I would like to have work for me. Very upset. I came from Northport to get here 15 minutes before they close for them not to want to sell something to me.

Michael, the manager on duty, needs to learn customer service. He should listen to his words and think for a second about who he's speaking to when he offers something up. I inquired about a wheeled cart, I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I went to the front of the store, asked and he said 1st aisle, at the end, top shelf. He then turned away from me before I could either thank him or ask for assistance.

I am really short, so leaving me to my own devices to figure out how to work a heavy object down from a top shelf is not safe for myself or the safety of the store. He clearly didnt want to deal with me, so i found something to stand on. It was 2-3ft. Above my head.

Maybe he just dislikes helping women in...

I went to harbor freight to return once again a security camera that stopped working. I have a plan on the camera so I could return with no questions asked. This was the easiest return ever, the cashier was friendly n didn't mind that I returned she was actually helpful because I wound up upgrading the security camera and of course insurance out on that as well. Their insurance is the best. I wish I knew the cashier's name who helped me I would like to give her the credit she deserves. I'll find her name and...
