Venice Market Place — Attraction in Venice

P I enjoy going to the Venice marketplace although it could use a little bit of a facelift, the businesses there are well worth going to see they have a UPS store FedEx Firehouse subs Target smoothie King Sally beauty supplies . Stein Mart was a part of that plaza for many years but for whatever reason they ended up closing down but that store was definitely a nice store with good selection of clothing for both men and women and children and little tiny gifts of all sorts along with other things you can call it the old time Kohl's. It also has an office Depot which is convenient for the residents that live in the neighborhoods on the other side of 41 well both sides of 41 bypass my neighborhood is on the non bypass which means I have to go to downtown Venice to make it to my home my other people that are on the other side always use the 41 bypass but bottom line is that it has a lot of potential if the money was put into it it would become a gym in Venice just like they started to redo the plaza adjacent to the Venice marketplace . What would be ideal a lot more shops in there although between Firehouse subs do you put a store and smoothie King and one or two businesses that I'm leaving out that whole section of the plaza is always full like the part that's I'm going to Stein Mart can't Stein Mart is no longer therr. Moving forward it would be nice for developer to develop something nice on that giant piece of property that's basically sitting in the middle of the bypass and tamiami trail and there's a lot of potential to make a lot of businesses there and a lot of businesses grow send me a great location for a post office as well but one can dream right.. bottom line if whoever owns the property put in money to update the actual parking lot in landscaping it would draw more tenants in absolutely and also make the sign it's not look like it's from and long time ago and weathered, but overall my shopping experiences there have all been positive every retailer is extremely nice and customer friendly that is the only UPS or FedEx I'll use in Venice or Sarasota because they are very in the know-how and don't guess how to do things and they don't hire kids right out of school meaning high schoolers or they don't have part-time 16 and 17 year olds working there that don't have a clue what they're doing which is fantastic because I can go in there and say I need this this and it's done and they're turning around right is very fast and again like I can drop off some things and I need to say 1,000 copies of whatever and then usually I'll waitb and run over to smoothie King and by the time I'm done with that I go back to the UPS store and it's pretty much ready to go yet there's been times where they have been busy and I have went home and came back within an hour or so and they're the ones who called me and said hey we got your stuff ready to come up and pick it up and no hassle at all about to pick it up already everything was perfect no imperfections in their work or anything like that so I definitely give him a five-star rating and again I really do hope they do something...

To all of you that love tools get ready for an amazing new harbor freight soon to be open. I've had the privilege to help set up this store and all I can say is Venice I envy you.
