Family Dollar — Attraction in Vernal

It was very easy to find the items I was looking for. I also downloaded their app before going in and clipped coupons that I was able to use with just putting my phone number in at checkout. It was cheaper and saved me money with just some regular items but I wouldn't buy toilet paper here because they're expensive but detergent, cleaning supplies, kitchen and bathroom supplies most definitely get them here. Their $5 off $25 is only on Saturdays. Their staff are very friendly and personable! They knew exactly where the items i needed were. Clothes are on sale and I'd definitely go here to buy socks and shirts even pants! Bought a whole bunch of toys and childrens books for my niece and nephew for a box to be sent back home to the islands (American Samoa specifically). I love finding items with red tags that ring up for a penny. Love the convenient location and how easy it is to find items and apply coupons...

I usually have a good experience when I come and shop here and I come here almost everyday because it’s closer to my house, but today I seen it again. Dolores losing her marbles over a bottle of water. She is the worst employee at this store, the rest of the workers are super nice and I’ve never had an issue with them. But yelling and slamming your hand on the counter because you thought you didn’t sell single water bottles? But then was proved wrong and he wasn’t even rude about it until you started yelling at him. I understand customer service is hard but you’re the only one that always has an attitude and treats people unkindly. You’re impatient, rude, and dismissive. Find another job or work on your customer service skills. That man just wanted a bottle of water and you made a fool of yourself and him....

What a terrible place! I found a damaged TV stand that someone had put marked down stickers on but when I tried to buy it, it was ringing up full price. They took my name and number so they could see if they could change price for me. I went in next day because no one had called and they told me when they have damaged products like that they break it down and throw it in the trash!!! Would NOT sell it to me after marking it down 😡 never experienced anything like that from a business. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, will never stoop foot back on this store. So my daily trips to Family Dollar are over! Shame on them for throwing away something I would have paid the marked...
