Win on Chinese Buffet — Restaurant in Vernal

Order wasn't correct. Only got half the rice I should have, and the sushi roll was wrong. Which honestly I could have looked past. But the food was inedible. I'm talking not safe for human consumption. Everything smelled off and rancid, like you could smell how filthy the kitchen must have been. The sushi roll I didn't even bother trying because it smelled like it had been dipped in day old, dirty dish water. I tried to eat the ham fried rice and spit it all back out. The walnut shrimp was 90%, cut-your-mouth-breading, and the sauce tasted like chemicals. So that also got spit out. I threw all of it away. Complete waste of 30$. How is this place in business? This food looked and smelled like a health hazard. Completely disgusting. I would not eat here if you value your health. How the health department hasn't shut them down is beyond me. They must pay them off. Cause this is the most horrific meal I've ever paid for in my life. You can't even call this food, it's slop. I wouldn't be surprised if they dug it out of the trash. I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down or more ppl haven't gotten food poisoning. It was totally disgusting. There is zero level of cleanliness, and every surface needs a deep clean. The walls had food on it, the prep area was filthy, the freezer area where you serve your own ice cream was grimey and gross, the bathroom was filthy, the area where you walk in with the gumball machines, all the windows. This place is fantastic if you want bad Chinese food with a post apocalyptic feel. A kitchen by the buffet that has been abandoned for at least 5 years. The carpet use to be gray but is mostly black with uneven floors supporting it, they are using 2x4 as booth support. WARNING THE COOKIES MIGHT BREAK YOUR TEETH!!! The food tasted like something I would feed my dog (if I had one), not sure what was covered in white goo that they were serving. Never used the restroom for fear that is where the zombies are kept.
