looked cool wanted to check it out, staff didn’t say hello back and didn’t seem friendly. edit They saw my review and stalked my social medias on their business account. It seems weird that people have a lot of good reviews about the employees 1 day ago which is when we went, but we had a negative experience. seems kinda fraudulent. Two girls up front, didn’t not greet us at all, did not seem happy to be there.

I just went to this location in Vernon hills to buy my first battery and cart. I was very interested in the “Lookah Turtle 510 Battery” which I really liked. The lady working the counter suggested the “Cherry Splash Hidden Hills” cart to go with it. She stated that this would fit the product and we would be all good. I proceeded with my purchase and went to my car to put it together. Now, in order for me to put it together I HAD to take the protect pieces off of the cart, no way otherwise. It turns out that the cart didn’t fit the battery. I went back inside and explained the situation, but because I had taken off the protective coverings on the cart she could not exchange it and I had to swap my battery instead to a different one or buy another cart. I feel very cheated out of my money here over a mistake she made. She said it would fit and it didn’t, and as the result of this I had to get a battery I didn’t want which ended up being the “Lookah Bear”. I’ve been to this location multiple times and without a doubt in my mind can say it is far and above the rest of the competition. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and procure an enjoyable experience from start to finish. They allow you to test certain products for freshness, which I mean, come on - that’s phenomenal! Also, they have an amazing rewards system and plenty of adhoc deals that come about.
