I cannot say enough good things about my family's experiences at this store. My husband and I are both disney enthusiasts, and we were absolutely thrilled to discover this store! Our 1st purchase was a Loungefly mini backpack and we then noticed all the amazing artworks! We began our tough decision of which piece to buy 1st and with the help of the staff we now have a disney filled living room, Mark actually took the time and went above and beyond to help us select pieces so our living room would look perfect and not tacky or overdone. The pricing is as it should be since all pieces are licensed disney and they are pretty much the same as competitors online pricing except the Disney Gallery never jacks up their prices. I ended up accidentally breaking (my Christmas garland knocked them onto the floor) my first Donald and Daisy Duck from my Department 56 Possible Dreams Disney “Santa and His Helpers” box that I bought three years ago, during the Covid pandemic. When I started my search on the Internet in an attempt to replace the two characters, it turned out that most places were sold out of this item because it was retired. I’m so glad that I found this shop online and that they had it! It came within just a few days after ordering it and it was in perfect shape, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend...

Very rude. Not even a hello, just a ‘don’t touch anything’ upon entering which lacks any customer service. It’s fine to have that rule but weird to be rude when trying to sell things. Immediately went next door to Hot Topic for some of the same items and the rest can be found on Amazon/ Box Lunch, etc. for almost half the price. Sucks for you, I’m a big Disney collector and shopper. Guess I’ll stick to buying things at Disney World and everywhere else except your place! Go ahead and write back whatever rude...
