Overall wasn't the best experience for me and the kids. The whole area was wet so the second I took off my shoes (which you have to if you want to go in), my socks were soaking wet. The bounce area was pretty dirty and wet (which makes it slippery and a chance of getting your clothes wet as well). During the weekdays when the bounce area is deflated, they are just on the parking lot exposed, so I didn't expect it to be clean, but was disappointed at how dirty it was. Anything I touch is just dried up mud/dirt. My kids had fun but wanted to leave after an hour and didn't mention anything about wanting to go back - that says a lot about this experience. We got cheaper tickets (closing sale) but still wasn't worth it in my opinion. There was one of the staffs that did an amazing job! Didn't get her name but seemed like she was a lead/manager bc she was telling another staff to make the announcement, etc. While other staffs are just sitting, chatting with each other and on their phone, this one staff was actually engaged with the customers. She helped pull up a kid who was having a hard time climbing up. It's that kind of leadership that shines. It's definitely a one time...
Read moreThe bouncy house itself was ok but the rubber can get really hot burning your feet and arms. I would be careful going on a hot day. We went on a mild day with partly cloudy skies and it got really hot. Also, the crew is not very professional. Lots of young kids supposedly working but just standing around talking to each other. I tried to get a bottle of water at the snow cone shack and told to wait in long line while only one person was waiting on people but literally 8 other workers standing in the booth talking to each other not doing anything to help. Eventually one young person came forward and said he could check me out. In the meantime there were lots of tables with sticky slush from snow cones all over them but know one was cleaning any of them. So bouncy house is pretty fun with lots of compartments to explore but the experience is very poorly run. I should note, though, that I went on the first day they were open so hopefully things will improve as...
Read moreNot a bad experience, but could’ve been better. If you’re the type that just lets your kids go off and play while you sit and unwind then there isn’t much to complain about. But if you’re the parent that has much younger children like toddlers and need to be present with them, you will find things to nitpick about. Certain areas were not as inflated as others, you could feel the difference as soon as you step into those areas. Also, multiple areas were really dirty, mostly in corners. It gave off that “deflated pool/ let it sit outside while not in use” type of feel. Also, do not go when the sun is strong. Since this is an outside activity, the material of the funbox gets pretty hot, so much so that your feet will feel like they’re burning as you’re walking on it. Little hands and exposed skin also feel it. One child had sweatpants on despite the heat and I bet that actually made it more enjoyable. Overall it was fun and a very good opportunity to let your...
