TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For a company that says they love feed back , they don't care about how their customer service support team on the phone treat the customers . I just got off the phone with a supervisor from there 1800 number and I call because my coupon I get sent from my email said it expired tommorow but when I plugged it says it it exspired . So I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and the person said that JCPENNY canceled the coupon . And I'm like that's ODD... and she was like not really they do it all they time . And I'm like no it is odd sending customers emails and all of a sudden saying no we aren't taking them anymore . And so the supervisor was like do you have any more questions for me .... like totally going around the reason I called. Like you can at least have good business skills and give me another coupon of some sort but instead she didn't want to answer my question . I was removing the price tags and was shocked to see that they had been MARKED UP from and original price of $12 to the price I paid $14! What the hell is this about? You purchased the watches and marked them $12. Did they suddenly become more valuable in the time they were on the shelf? Or had they been there so long than an additionl $2 was added to cover the prolonged time on the shelf. I have never seen a price hike like this in my life! If you are going to do this in the future, I suggest using a tag that will not allow someone to see the original tag if they attempt to remove them. I dont expect any type of compensation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. None of the photos taken had proper lighting, and neither of our kids had good eye contact in any of the shots. The photographer seemed to have absolutely no experience working with children or families—frankly, anyone with a phone could’ve done a better job.
