H&M — Local services in Vernon Hills

I recently went to the Vernon Hills Libertyville H&M store to return my shirt that is too small never worn and have my receipt and everything and I remembered the cashier named Jayrin she was the worker that assist me that time. Jayrin the cashier told me that she cannot process and return the shirt because it looks washed and worn and that she couldn’t do the return I know for a fact that I only wore that shirt once for fitting and that’s it. And Jayrin got some attitude to tell me that I cannot return things that is washed and the shirt is clearly not washed and worn only for fitting, so I got upset and just move on and never return the shirt that day because I was so upset. At first, she seemed so stressful and busy because the line is long, so that is why probably Jayrin is not having a good day, but to say that, you need still to treat your customers right and not get attitude towards them. Jayrin is clearly very bad at doing her work. I love to shop at Vernon Hills H&M, but because of what happened. I will never come back. If there’s a 0 star. I will give it to Jayrin....

I recently visited this renovated H&M store located in Vernon Hills. It is I side the mall, but well worth it to visit. I have been visiting and shopping at H&M for many years now. My experience at this particular store has been very pleasant. Here is my feedback. Staff & Service - 5. Limited staff, but they are very helpful. Selection and varieties - 5. They carry sufficient selection and varieties clothing for men, women and younger crowd. Merchandising and organization - 5. Store is well organized and kept clean. I usually get clothes for my daughter from H&M online since they are affordable and always cute. I don’t like going to stores much these days because I don’t feel like the staff is very personable or nice for the most part so it was a nice and a refreshing surprise to go into a store that has great, friendly and knowledgeable staff as is the case at this location.
