Veterans Park — Attraction in Verona

I appreciate everything our veterans do for us! There's a lot of free parking here. Multiple playground, an ice rink, tennis courts, basketball courts, and plenty of open grass fields. The police station and the fire department are connected to the park. The kiddos might get to see a wild firetruck!!

My absolute favorite part of this place is all the hiking and wildlife!! The military ridge state trail and the ice age trail are BOTH here. Plus, geese, ducks, chipmunks, squirrels, and cranes that I got see just in one day. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THESE ANIMALS. THEY ARE WILD AND CAN'T LEARN TO RELY ON US. LET THEM BE AND OBSERVE...
