Goodwill Verona — Local services in Verona

I was happy to see this new Goodwill come to Verona right down the road from one of my regular / favorite thrift shops making this an easy double stop. Being newer it is bright and spacious and offers a wide variety. I've been many times already and find staff mostly indifferent. I do find the selection to be interesting, however sometimes I question the pricing system. I mean sometimes things are actually priced higher than retail, and then sometimes like items are priced inconsistently. The other downside is the shelf organization seems half-a$$ed in places. All in all it is still a nice store and regular stop for me. I'll be hitting them up again soon...

WOW! What can I say! This Goodwill is so much cleaner and nicer than any other Goodwill I have been too. It may be a smaller location but it still had some great items I was looking for! Great and friendly customer service as well! Chad helped me find everything I was looking for and went above and beyond for helping me out. He explained the Goodwill mission to me and their store policies and was one of the most helpful customer service employees I've dealt with. 5 Stars for Chad and all the other Verona Goodwill...

Visiting verona for the first time. Store was decent. Cashier Diane was very rude to me and my sister though. When my sister didn’t have enough cash so she put it back in her purse to grab her card, Diane said straight up “you forgot to pay, can you take the money back out?” very rudly, then when I paid for my items she asked if I would like to round up and I said no thanks not today, and Diane straight up scoffed out loud and said wow. Almost ruined our day, but we won’t let Diane’s attitude towards us...
