Hometown U.S.A Festival Park — Attraction in Verona

The festival was very fun and my friends and I had a great time.The reason why it’s 3 stars is because we had a problem with the tickets. There was no sign when we went up, and no one saying or telling when the day passes ended. This year, the day passes costed $30 dollars ($5.00 more than last year). Having the day pass meant you could go on any ride without tickets being needed. Apparently the day passes ended at 5:00. My friend and I arrived around 30 minutes earlier with no hint that they ended then. We got to go on a total of 2-3 rides. We went on the same ride twice but that’s about it. It is truley appalling that they would scam kids just to make money. When we were told by one of the workers there that the pass ended at 5:00, it forced us to buy more tickets. Speaking of scamming- I mentioned earlier that there were no signs at the ticket booth. The ticket booth was supposed to acquire a sign in the front indicating when the day pass would end. We got no verbal confirmation,(as a kid was monitoring the area and giving out tickets) and really no confirmation at all. I think it would be nice if they could have someone say “hey looks like the pass is ending soon, would you like to have tickets instead?” Or a very large sign in front indicating the price and what the pass/ticket would do.If your looking for a cheap fun summer night, would not recommend for the price and how things...
