PostalAnnex — Attraction in Victorville

This location has been my address for 16 years. It was named Mail Masters+ for the first 13 years, but a couple of years ago the owners sold it and moved to Texas to escape California! The service had been amazing and the owner and the staff were wonderful. Then it became Postal Annex, and the difference has been like night and day.... while it usually had a staff of 3 each day, the new owner Tim is apparently too cheap to hire enough people to run it properly. Consequently, todays mail often doesn’t get put in the boxes until the following day. I have seen the post office deliver the mail before 3, and Wsited till almost closing time, then went in to find my box empty, and told that the one employee was too busy because the second employee left at 3 or 4. I have on a few occasions not received any mail, and then suddenly get so much mail it barely can be stuffed in the box...and I pay for the large box. I know it is becausethey failed to distribute it... We ofter get messages from UPS of FedEx, advising that our package was delivered, but when we go to retreive it we are told it hasn’t come in yet. I have complained to the staff and to the owner. The staff has told me that when they advise the owner about the numerous complaints, he just laughs. The man has no concern about the boxholders...he is a horrible...

If I could leave zero stars I would, watch this full video to get an insight of the ignorance of this women who owes this place or who runs it. We were trying to get a notary service for my mother who doesn’t speak English I am her daughter willing to translate, she begins to state “I can not provide her service if she does not speak my language” in a very unprofessional, unpleasant manner! And I stood up for my mother and began to explain I have proof she is my mother and I can translate the information, keep in mind she didn’t have a problem with me in the beginning until I mentioned my mother didn’t speak English!!!! Super racist!!!! And then she proceeded to bring up a disability compared with a language barrier unexpectable!!! Everything about her tone and expression was unprofessional. Please do not come to this place!!! It is horrible. I am always translating for my mother and everyone is understanding, she was very racist. Save your money, time and energy avoid going here. If you find yourself in the same situation try going to USPS they have no problem with you translating the Spanish language for...

(update dated November 28th 2021; yeah I found out that you can rent a key and get your mail out anytime 24 hours a day key is like $3 extra per month I paid it so this whole review right here is old news they made me happy and I'm figuring out how to give them four stars)

Yay, I drove 20 mi to get my mail and they are closed.. they have a sign on the door that says they're going to be closed at 2:00 for memorial Day which is tomorrow and not today... But they closed at 12:00... Yay me I can't get my mail I just drove 20 miles wasted my gas... Hey I got an idea maybe if you guys are going to close down shop and deny people of your services that we pay for maybe you should give us an email and let us know so we won't waste $10 in gas coming here and going home very bothered by this.. if you're looking for a post office box go somewhere else maybe they'll let...
