CNT NAILS — Attraction in Vinings

First let me start with saying, the staff seem like really nice people and really tried to make my experience better. But if my review was completely honest I would give them a 2.5 stars out of 5. I came in with an appointment to one of the nail techs with a picture from Instagram of what I wanted, she said to do this style it would cost $75. As soon as she began I knew I wasn't going to like it, she didn't ask me what length I wanted she just started cutting my nails, then while she was shaping my coffin nails, the shape just wasn't as sharp as I'd like. Instead of coffin, they looked more like a square/rectangle and once she started doing the design it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. She tried to redo them over and over again with no success of recreating the picture which prompted another nail tech to try but she couldn't even do the design I wanted. After 2 and a half hours, my nails are uneven because my thumb nail is way shorter than my other nails and the shapes of my nails are very inconsistent and the design on my nail is not what I asked for, they are cute but it's a diff style then what i asked and paid for. They really tried but why charge me $75 for a style she knew she couldn't do instead of either just telling me to pick something different or charging less. I decided to write a review because they only took off $5 from the $75 due to this inconvenience which I think is unfair considering the style I came in for is not the style I have currently on my nails. I literally just had the best pedicure EVER!! Not just the best this year or in Georgia…EVER. The new CNT Nails on Cobb Parkway is amazing. It’s beautifully designed with relaxation in mind. I was greeted warmly and immediately. There is no blaring TV with distracting shows. Instead, they play beautiful instrumental music to sooth your soul. The new and comfy massage chairs enhanced the experience. The real clincher was my pedicure. I had the pleasure of being pampered by Ly. She was magic! She was meticulous and thorough from start to finish. Her massage skills were off the charts. Not too gentle which I feel is a waste of time, but just the right pressure to feel I was in an upscale spa. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The salon is nice and clean and never have to wait On my last visit,When I paid for my manicure I noticed it was $5 more expensive that my last visit. She said no then I verified on my bank account. I texted her back to tell her that it was actually more expensive and asked the reason She told me it was because she had to cut my nails! Yesterday I texted Kim to have an appointment for tomorrow.
