Do NOT have your party here- very disorganized operation and pricey.
I booked a party for my 6 year old 5 weeks in advance. I paid a deposit. I confirmed the week prior. I arrived 25 minutes before my party time and was told “we don’t have a record of your reservation- you must have booked at our other location.” I did not, and had the deposit receipt to prove it. That is the last thing you want to hear as a parent about to shell out a lot of money to make your kid happy on his birthday.
There was a lot of tap dancing and shuffling and was told they could put us in a smaller room that didn’t have access to the private bounce area (the only reason why we opted to have a party there). The entire operation seemed very disorganized. They got us into a room and I was given a half joking apology “Sorry I almost gave you heart attack, haha.” I didn’t find any of this funny. For anyone that decides to have a kid’s birthday party at a venue like this you pay good money to NOT stress! This was the exact opposite. A different person came back and asked if we needed anything and I said “yes I’m tracking we’re supposed to have food and drinks” the person seemed surprised. The food arrived an hour into the party. We ended up having access to the private bounce area but it was shared with another party going on (not what was promised to me when I booked).
While I was cutting the cake to give to the kids a worker showed up and said “Excuse me you have 20 minutes left.” You couldn’t have read the room a little and waited a few minutes to tell me that?
I had the room cleared out in my allotted time. I went to the front desk to settle my balance. I expected a discount due to the mixup- or at the very least a genuine apology. They asked me to pay the full amount and said “you had your party, you got food, I can’t give you a discount.” They offered NOTHING to make it right- not even a decent apology. If they did anything to make this situation right I’d be leaving a very different review right now. Mixups happen, I get it- but do something to show you actually care about your customers and the service you’re providing. Bad business.
Don’t have your party here- you’ll stress more...

This place offers a great, budget-friendly outing.
There are ride-on toys for the little ones, foot scooters for the bigger kids, and plenty of seating—couches, picnic tables—for parents to relax. Snacks and drinks are affordable (we only grabbed a small Gatorade, but there was a good variety available).
The bathrooms are a bit dated, but they were clean and stocked—which is impressive considering the kid-heavy crowd. Wifi is included, the password is on a sign just inside the 2nd door.
They have the usual mini-games and arcade machines, including the classic “put a quarter in and the car moves” rides. We didn’t use any, but they looked to be only $0.25, which is a rare find in 2025. The prize machines were around $1. I set the expectation early that we were just there for the bounce houses—no requests for extras —but I’m a bit of a codger.
The bounce houses are more like inflatable obstacle courses. A couple had areas for general bouncing, but they weren’t the traditional “just-jump-around” style. That said, my kid had a blast racing and goofing around with others. It might be less engaging for solo kids once the novelty wears off, but that’s typical.
At $11 for entry, we got nearly three hours of fun before the little one ran out of steam—definitely worth it, especially compared to trampoline parks, pools, or the movies, which tend to cost more.
I gave it 4 stars mainly because of the noise—those air blowers are loud, and with my hearing aids, the sensory experience was a bit off, even after turning them down. The other minor issue was staffing. There seemed to be only one employee handling everything: cashier, food prep, and general oversight. Early on it wasn’t a problem, but as it got busier, it became a lot for one person. I imagine they bring in more staff during peak times. Still, it’s up to parents to supervise their own kids, so I don’t have much to complain about there.
All in all, it was a good experience and we’ll definitely return. Don’t expect anything fancy or brand-new—but if you’re just looking for a fun, affordable time for the kids, this...
Read moreChat Conversation Start 11:04AM I booked a party for my son's birthday this past weekend at the Lynnhaven Bounce House and I was extremely disappointed, angered even, by the quality of customer service at this location. I'd had my husband call the venue an hour before we arrived to verify the party and gather information. He let them know we'd ordered pizza to be dropped off there at the time the party began. When we arrived, the employees sent us to the wrong private room where a party was already in progress. We returned tot he desk to inform them and they sent us to a vacant room that had an incorrect number of place settings out for the party we had booked. There were too few. They brought in more settings but continued sending people to the wrong room for a while. That eventually got straitened out when I sent my husband up there again but then I noticed the pizza had not arrived. I asked at the desk what had happened to it and they informed me they didn't know where it was supposed to go so they sent it away!!! Common sense would dictate they ask for the name on the order and compare it to private parties they had booked, even if I hadn't contacted them prior to its arrival to let them know it was expected. I had to call the pizza place and have them bring back my then room temperature pizza so I could feed the party that I had booked for a lunch hour time frame. Needless to say I was very angry at this point and let them know about it. About half way through the party someone eventually came back to check on us and offered me a couple of free admission tickets for my trouble but honestly, I feel like the entire situation was very poorly handled. I can't say I would favorably recommend to any of my friends with children that they attempt to host a party there. It's sad too because the children did have fun once everything got sorted out. These were absurd errors that could have been avoided with a little communication among the employees and a little...
