Don’t really care for this place. The lady was insulting my intelligence and was so eager for me to buy something she kept trying to put a iPhone 16 pro max case on a my 14 pro max. Then charged me 54 bucks for a clear screen and screen protector.. About a yr ago I got it from a kiosk in same mall for $24. The lady was so eager to get my card swiped I pull out my iPhone to get to my Apple wallet and she’s like it declined sir… I’m like “uh yeah back the darn card machine away from my phone real quick so I can pull up the right card to pay. Thinking it was 24 bucks , she hits with me with its “55 dollars sir”. Then before ringing me up she had tried to hit me with the old finesse trick. “Do u want camera protector also”? Uhh unless it’s free no I don’t. Don’t try to act like u were gonna just include it. She saw I was a black male and thought I was dumb. Wnt be returning , way too greedy. This place is really shady. Ive purchased twice from this place oer the years and the dude in the wheelchair always hides my phone under the desk in his lap next to another phone, his phone. He has done that twice and both times my phone was mirrored and had all kinds of problems. Battery depleting very quickly from the moment I bought both times. I didn't recall the first time this happened until I am going through it with the same guy the second time a few years later. Buyer beware he is up to no good! I'm interested to see who else has had this experience here.

Upon reading your response let me add that there was plenty of counterpart directly in front if him and easily reachable from his seated position. There is no reason whatsoever to have my phone out of view and directly next to his phone in his lap. Please take these concerns seriously and stop...

My back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro Max was completely destroyed and while I was shopping at the Lynnhaven Mall I stopped by the mobile care stand to see if they could repair the phone for a reasonable price. To my surprise they were very affordable. Apple wanted $500 to replace the glass while mobile care only asked for $200. The service took about 2hrs which gave me time to shop around the mall while I waited. Once I receive my device back I was pleased with the service and how well everything had been taken care of. I also purchased a new case to avoid breaking the glass again as well as a screen protector. I’d definitely recommend their services to anyone with a phone issue or simply looking for a nice...
