1: I go in and see 4 computers 1 of which is working with about 6 people waiting in line to sign and the others with signs stating "Out of order" and to use the QR code to sign a waiver online on our phones. Ok, so I scan the code, stand aside and fill out waiver which required TOO much unnecessary information before I could even sign the waiver. I go to counter and checked in, had to pay extra for "special" sticky socks for trampoline park, lady at desk seemed very unmotivated and didn't care to give instructions about where to go, where she could go or couldn't go or give any wrist bands. I paid for 1 hour session... and they have no way to track it or limit my stay here? So what happens to the people who pay online for more than 1 hour? Are they suckers for paying more? like what kind of structure is this? 2: Two tables in the WHOLE place, but random scattered chairs all around the areas of trampolines. I do not see 1 staff member anywhere to be found at any station controlling or monitoring the absolute ZOO of kids running ALL over the place (I get its the weekend and all) there are huge older kids/possible adults all around these small children on the same trampolines and knocking them out of the way, no staff to make sure kids aren't trampling on top of each other. I'm sure there is a "limit" to how many kids should be on 1 trampoline station at a time, for safety and structural reasons and yet it was just chaos. 3: I did not bring my own water bottle as many establishments make you sure do not so that you buy their stuff, I get it. So while we are there my daughter gets thirsty, we go to water fountains, BOTH are broken! One of them the handle is broken OFF the machine so it doesn't work, and the other water fountain you push the handle it and nothing happens. NO where is there a sign that says "out of order" , so I start looking for a vending Machine. I find one, AH but it TOO is BROKEN! and there is a sign that says "Out of order" on it, how kind. I think well shoot are we gonna have to drink out of the sink in the bathroom? I go to bathroom, its disgusting with stuff all over the floor its clear it hasn't been attended to at all... (mind you we are required to only be in socks) toilets are clogged, and not flushed, it smells and they are 3 teenagers just hanging out in there, not washing their hands, just hanging out and gossiping, so we leave. I finally make my way to the front desk where I ask " How do I get water in here" she said " Oh we have a hidden cooler under our desks with water in it, that will be 2 dollars". NO signs pointing to said hidden coolers or letting attendants know how to get water. 4: Half of the stations and FUN stuff you should be able to do there was closed, or not working with No out of order signs. 5:BOOM lights shut off out of no where as if the electricity shut down. Kids are screaming like crazy and running around and they can't see, its chaos. Again STILL NO announcement after the lights go off. No staff around. Are we supposed to leave? Nothing was glowing in the dark, no lights, nothing seemed like this was a safe environment to continue jumping on the trampolines in the dark when you can't see, and having kids panic in this chaos and NOT ONE Staff member is alerting or reassuring parents or kids this is Ok and normal ( the electricity did not go out) they just shut off the lights With NO warning, no announcements, no signs, no explanation. . I found my daughter WHO was absolutely traumatized and calmed her down and reassured her we are safe. After 5 more mins no announcements NOTHING. So we packed up to leave. 6: I started noticing TONS Of signs all over as I was leaving that say “ Do not jump on trampoline under the influence of drugs or alcohol" This is a place for CHILDREN. This isn’t a BAR…. And you are posting signs that say this? Why would have a need to say that? Is the normal thing in your place of business where are kids are under the influence of drugs or alcohol while jumping on your trampolines? Or are you allowing DRUNKs on the...
Read moreIf you're planning on having your child's birthday here, DON'T. Nothing was ready when we got there. No one called to verify anything. I didnt know when i was allowed to go in and set up. You call the number they have listed and it just went to a voicemail. So I had to set up the party after the party was starting and guest were arriving. Everywhere else I looked gave you a 20-30 min to do set up. No one even bothered to tell me when I could go in for set up. The pizza order was wrong. The one mechanical machine they have didn't work. The obstacle course was shut down and blocked off. Our party was from 10-12 ans it was dirty in there. Clearly no one had vacuumed. I essentially paid about 500.00 for nothing. Not even basic use of the space. Had I known 2 things weren't open, the manager would be so rude, there would be 0 communication from the company I would have cancelled and found somewhere else. I said something to the manager and basically got told, yea not my fault, Have a good day. He did absolutely nothing and didn't even apologize for everything. Just made excuses of why everything is the corporate call lines fault. The poor girl working actually tried to help rush to set up because she felt bad, while the manager sat at the front desk playing on his phone. Place is an absolute joke for the amount of money they charge you for these parties. The netting had rips everywhere. The party room, which had the mist disgusting smelling trash can I've ever smelt, was super warm and I don't think the air conditioner was even on in that room. Get Air bought out jump over a year ago and the logo out front and everything inside still says Jump. The hook to grab the trapeze bar was so heavy no kid could use it to grab the bar. My husband had to stand there getting it for lines of kids. Kids not even part of my son's birthday party so they could actually use a piece of equipment that was open, I asked the manager if there was someone who could be over there to help the kids so my husband could actually enjoy the party we paid for. This man said, yea we aren't required to do that and again went back to just sitting there doing nothing. Save your money and go to Surge across the parking lot because this place was absolutely disappointing to say the least. Not worth the aggravation they cause.
Update: I'd also like to add they are apparently thieves. I just looked at my receipt and the girl gave herself a 100.00 on my card. There was no card reader for me to approve the charge and she did it on her computer behind the counter. She told me the the charge was 365.00 (after the 120.00 deposit I already paid) she asked for a tip. I said 15%, because I thought she was a decent human being and was trying to be helpful, which should have been a total of 54.75. She gave herself a 100.00 tip!!!! I just called customer service furious and got told sorry about your luck. I am now on the phone with my bank to dispute the charges because this is straight up theft!!!!!!
Update 2: I spoke with the general manager who seemed apologetic and willing to try to fix the problem. I was refunded the tip and part of the party back. I appreciate the general manager reaching out when corporate was unhelpful and the manager on duty during the party was useless and rude.
Update 3: response to your reply: yes the manager did reach out but it was a partial refund not a full refund. Please do not make it seem as though the entire day was refunded...
Read moreThe park itself is very nice. However, my last trip there I was harassed my managers and employees who most of the time are sitting around and talking to each other. 3 employees were sitting on the platform, talking, not doing their job and letting kids get away with anything and everything I spend lots of money taking my nieces to the park and bought multiple pairs of socks over the past year ( Which honestly should be included in the price. Its highway robbery ) I made the mistake of accidentally grabbing some skyzone socks which serve the same purpose as jump socks. They both have rubber on the bottom to provide friction. So I am harassed and chased by employees because of this. The only reason they found out I had them on was I jumped right behind the employee who reported me onto the platform. If they were actually doing his job I would not have been allowed in there in the first place. So he comes over and demand I take them off, When I questioned why I needed their specific brand the manager came over and was grasping at straws for an answer. She said it was because of insurance reasons and their jump socks "have been proven to work best" uhhh I would like to see those studies. I signed a waiver saying I could not sue for any reason so "insurance reasons" makes 0 sense. I was refused to be let back in for 30 minutes until I bought their specific socks. Additionally, there were little children with no socks on slipping and falling all over the place. Well the same employee who called me out about my socks, turned a blind eye to it and when I brought it to his attention he ignored me and did not get the manager as I asked, I had to go ask the cashier instead. Lets be honest here, children even with supervision can be seriously injured. When speaking the same manager she said quote "children under 2 are NOT required to wear socks because they cant jump as high and their feet do not get as sweaty as older kids and adults. So are you trying to say my feet are sweaty lady? lol The signs do not make this stipulation that they speak of and it clearly states in plain view "ALL Jumpers Must Have SkySocks" Not specifically their brandname socks but socks meant for trampoline parks and not specifically excluding children under 2 to this rule" I saw no where it was stated word for word. Thats an issue.
Jump, you cannot selectively enforce your rules because it comes off as biased. I would have not had a problem if they would have straight up told me this whole fiasco was about making money and promoting their park. I respect honesty not excuses-- for staff to make up any and every excuse for the park to get more money, that is so unethical. Additionally, I would not be writing this review had the employee member had not gossiped about me to other staff and jumpers. That is so unprofessional.
For my trouble they should have just let me have a pair of socks. However, I did end up having to buy like a fifth pair of them but not sure it was worth it considering my hour jump time was cut in half...
