Let me start by saying I’ve stayed is some rough places for far more money, but this is the one I truely could not stay in. When I got there immediately the smell of mildew and cigarettes hits strongly, and you can see all the black mold spread through out the room. The front door you can see light passing through all sides so that all the outside moister and noise can leak in. I’m very keen on minding my own business but it’s very hard when you can literally have a clear conversation through every wall. Nothing in the room was clean before we entered. I went to use a towel that was hanging neatly on the towel rack with the other but opened it up to literally crap on the inside. I confronted the front desk about the towels and he just gave me a new one and told me an attendant would be around to pick it up, I leave to go to a concert for over 6 hours and come back to absolutely nothing touched and the towel still sitting on the ground. So I refused to stay there and checked out and decided I was just going to drive home 4 hours at 12 am instead of staying the night in this wretched hotel room. Do not let the pictures or very few decent reviews deceive you, spend the extra $50 on somewhere a little nicer.

The lady at the front desk had a poor attitude! She also blurred out all my personal information while another customer was present in the office! I felt like this was a total invasion of my privacy!! Also their breakfast is very poor! They only had a bagel which was hard and cereal which was plain and I don’t even drink milk I am lactose! If you just need somewhere to sleep you won’t mind being here, but I’m not satisfied! It’s also the leak of information and the very poor breakfast! Also they had a hidden fee of 50$ which cream not disclosed so if I didn’t have the extra 50 I would’ve been out of a room and my money! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here unless you have to eat better options available than this! The location is convenient but not enough for me!! Also I recorded a very bad attitude from the lady at the front desk when I asked her to check me in early!! Then I watched her check other in early! I was told if I was to check in early it would be another 25$ fee! I also asked to switch my room after she blurted it out and she caught an attitude! Very poor customer service!!

The main room was okay except for having only one nightstand, and that had the drawer removed. There was only one hanger. It would have been nice to have a hook on the bathroom door. And a clean bathroom would have been nice. The shower was absolutely GROSS in room 205. The exhaust fan was also broken. When I told the front desk, no apology when I showed her the photos. She just said she'd let someone know If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room near the back away from the street. And also hope there aren't inconsiderate guests that come and go, talking loudly outside of your room, playing music, and banging on doors between midnight and 4am. Because the rooms aren't soundproof by any means. Ask me how I know. Continental breakfast was 3 flake cereals, 2 types bagels, muffins, juice, and coffee. Coffee was gone at 9:30 and no one made a move to make more. Fruit and/or yogurt would have been nice. We won't be staying here again.

Let me preface this with I am a retired Army guy, been around the world and stayed/slept in some pretty bad places. I honestly thought about sleeping in my car! My story.... Check in at midnight after flying all day. Get my keys and am told 2nd floor facing the next door Chucky Cheese. No close parking so walk a half a parking lot with my bags and go upstairs. No elevator, all outside room access. Open the door and am assaulted by a terrible odor from the room. Body sweat, mustiness. Took my breath away. Hot. Face plate for the AC unit partially fallen off. Just looking at the room, I didn't even want to take my shoes off. Furniture was complete garbage, Wouldn't sell it at a yard sale or donate it. Scratched, handles broken off of drawers, stains on the chair seat at the desk. Some type of "liquid" splashed on the walls. Mattress about 4 inches thick and no support. Bright, shiny new looking comforter. Lamp shades had plastic coverings on them. No USB ports or any type of connectivity outlets and switches almost black from use and not cleaned. Bathroom sink, no drain stop, mold under the handle. Coffee pot basket has never been cleaned. Microwave smudged and dirty. Didn't want to touch it. Mini fridge was cold, no trash in it. Bathroom floor, sticky. Left over fecal matter in the toilet. Bathtub/shower, mold under the rim of the shower and mold inside the handle. Good pressure and hot. Small space to hang clothes, 4 hangers from 1967, didn't use. Holder for an iron, no iron and had so much crap in it, the dust had solidified. The good: hot water, clean sheets and after about 12 hours the smell dissipated a little and got cold in the room. Functional cable TV with about 30 channels. The place needs to be lit on fire and started from scratch, no exaggeration. Would not...

Would give zero starts if I could. I am a traveling nurse so I've stayed in quite a few hotels and recently within the last few months have had the unfortunate experience of having to stay here and it was by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER especially the white guy who works the early morning shift - argumentative and extremely rude; he was the main one blaming others for his inadequacy for not knowing his job, purposely made me wait longer than usual for resolving whatever the issue was...definitely should not be working in customer service industry obviously mad at the world b/c he cannot get a real job. I've checked in at different times during the day so I've interacted with several of the workers while checking in at the front desk and each one blames the other for the discrepancies and "misinformed" information I've been giving regarding why I'm being overcharged, etc. Very unprofessional how they speak of one another. I've gotten the manager's number but when ever I call she's NEVER available or on the property; was told she just "stops by..comes and goes". Dirty rooms - stains all over the bathroom wall, ceiling looks like blood or rust, carpet damp, funny smell in the room, etc; not enough parking space for single bed rooms. Was told by afternoon clerk (a girl), if I wanted to stay over just come and pay for another day; however, when went to renew was told (by the rude white guy of course) my room had been reserved even though they had many empty rooms available and the list goes on. if the no other hotel is available or reasonably priced and the choice you have is to either sleep in your car or stay here, you'll be much better off sleeping...
