We’ve tried 2 other hockey leagues and the instruction my daughter received from vault was so much better. The class size is small which gives each child more attention. The coach was great with the kids and each skill they worked on was right for their development. The only con is the classes are only 45 minutes as opposed to 60-90 from the others we’ve done in the past. I feel between getting their little warm up in, setting up for drills and then ending early to clean up balls, it’s really not much time for a hockey class and getting lots of touches on the ball.

We have been using Vault Athletic and Fitness as an additional coaching spot for my daughter who plays field hockey. This place is very well run and maintained. Over the period of years they have increased the number of offerings and now cater to a lot more than just field hockey. The walls here are filled with pictures of student athletes who have trained here and have moved on to bigger and better venues. I highly recommend the Vault for fitness and sports training needs.

Both my daughters have been going to The Vault for their strength and conditioning for over two years and love it. They are both competitive Irish Dancers - their trainer has helped their kicks get higher and stamina get longer. One daughter is also a volleyball player and her reaction time has improved so much! With both life and those sports, many injuries have occured and the trainers at The Vault always discuss possible and productive ways to help the healing process. I also train at The Vault. I never feel out of place, judged or uncomfortable. My trainer puts me through the paces listening to what my concerns are but pushing me not to give up.

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Vault!

Can’t say enough great things about the coaches, staff and facility!

As a parent new to field hockey, Dena and Allie talked us through the opportunities available to each ages group with an unmatched level of patience. We’re so glad that we were referred to the program by many of our friends and neighbors!

The Lacrosse program is top tier! The goalie Coach is unmatched. The Pee Wee coaches for both the skills lessons and camps are so patient and helpful while making sure the players are comfortable and are gaining confidence while developing each new skill.

Little known place behind the VB Trader Joe's. Specializes in young athlete training (strength and skill), specifically in Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Baseball. I had no idea that there was a place for younger kids to develop skills for sports like FH and Lax. The coaches are knowledgeable, have small class to coach ratios for the open classes, and small group/private lessons are available also. Also- they do High School and College level training! I'd imagine this would be a great addition for those who come home on break or during the summer (or even season and off seazon additional training) to stay in peak condition and...
