Latest Visit: Decided to eat here again. Actually our second time since the last visit. The other visit was great, the lady that served us was top notch! She was an experienced lady that knows how to treat customers, pays attention and gets your order correct, as well as moving with haste, quicker than i can move for sure, we are both older. All of which I recognized and was so reflected in the tip as well.

Unfortunately, this time around, we got the same lady that is subpar awhile back, I forgot to look for her before before being seated. I dodged her last time by swapping restaurant sides when i saw her at a table. She is small, has Grey and black hair, mostly grey and of older age. Avoid if you can.

We placed our order, i asked for unsweet tea, with lemon and packets of sugar. Drink arrives, no lemon. I asked for lemon again.

We were waiting for some time, then our blooming onion arrived, but we have yet to get the bread my wife enjoys. So we asked for bread, the server returns with it, then says, I am sorry it took so long, the machine is broke; the bread is cold though, so its been sitting...so how broke is the machine really. More likely the time she was chit chatting at another table allowed it to get cold. I should have timed her. She likes to talk. She attempted to engage in conversation with us, we kept it short and to the point as to not to spark more conversation.

Asked for extra dressing on the house salad I ordered. As usual with this server, after the salad arrived, it did not have extra dressing as requested. Had to ask for it again.

There continued to be other little things that were annoying, but at that point, I was done with her. So was the tip.

Previous Visit. I really have to say I was disappointed in the service here. Normally it is top notch, but this time around, we apparently got a new server who was trying their best to write orders down on a tablet or something. Not doing very well if i may add. My wife waited about 15 minutes for her drink, in the end, the manager had to get it for her. My drinks had little to no ice and were warm, drinks had to be requested to refilled. The blooming onion looked like it was made from a baby onion, but the price stayed the same. Requested two sauces for the onion ahead of time. Got the second sauce when the onion was done...a lot of good that did. Will I return? Yes, this was out of the norm. Which my gratuity reflected...

Absolutely horrible experience. I’m not one to complain, I’ve worked in service industry so I totally get how things can be and try my best to be understanding. However, last night we had a party of 12 come in for a double birthday dinner. I called on Friday and spoke to a hostess in regards to our large party. I specifically asked her if we could sit at one large table together to which she said yes, and I also asked is this call ahead or a RESERVATION?! She said it was a reservation.... But it was not! When we all arrived, we were told they were waiting on a table to finish and it shouldn’t be longer than 20 mins...ok no big deal. The manager, who was incredibly underwhelming to say the leaSt, wouldn’t let us sit inside, so in 40 degree weather we went outside to wait. Thankfully we were given the patio to sit on while we waited and a server (who was amazing) came to take drink orders. I would like to add he was truly the only pleasant part of our experience. After over an HOUR and multiple check backs to the hostess stand, our table was finally ready. Once inside our experience was not much better. Shots were ordered and came out warm when they should have been chilled. When we told the server, she said since they “were in our belly” she couldn’t take them off our check but we could order new ones....what??? Food was so slow and it literally was like pulling teeth to get our checks after we told our server we had to be somewhere.

Our group ordered several hundreds of dollars worth of food and alcohol and NOT ONCE did anyone offer any type of compensation for our horrible experience, nor did anyone (the manager) act like she even cared. We weren’t seeking money back but a sincere apology would have gone a long way. When we asked to speak to her at the end, she continued to make excuses and say “she did the best she could.” Oh and not to mention we could see her talking about us with a server in the back area. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shown numerous times last night and it needed to be mentioned. Our experience was ruined and I know that not one person in our group will ever dine at your...

My girlfriend and I come here often. At least once every other week. I am also a former bartender/ server, and we received some of the worst service tonight from Jennifer. After we sat down we waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table after we realized our server had walked past us multiple time talking, laughing, & cashing out other tables. After we ordered our waters and bar drinks it took 10 more minutes to even get our waters and we had another server bring the water along with bread. after she continued to walk around and gather checks from other tables we waited over 10 more minutes for bar drinks. In retrospect we waited almost 40 minutes before even receiving out drinks and putting in our food order. We asked the server and she pretended like she didn’t know we hadn’t received our alcohol from the bar after she stood at our table and rung in our order from an iPad. From the beginning until this point in our experience there was another couple that sat down in her same section that had received waters, bread, bar drinking and their blooming onion. During this whole duration, another table that she got sat with, got up and walked out for not being greeted in a timely manner. She didn’t run any of our drinks, any of our food, nor did she attempt to even bus any of her tables. There were other servers cleaning her section all night.

Our biggest concern from 2 people who are very well known and very familiar with the service industry is; what has she been doing all night if she didn’t make our waters, didn’t bring us our bar drinks, didn’t run our food, didn’t bus her tables… the only thing I’ve seen in her hand since arriving is the check book to cash someone out or a Togo box. We got here and sat down around 7pm and didn’t leave until after 8:30pm after ordering cheese fry’s, soup, and wings. Every time we needed her service we’ve had to physically pull her or call her name name to our table until we needed a Togo box. The food was still amazing. And the manager Phillip who came to our table was awesome! We will be back but we will make sure this is never our server/...
