They didn't explain themselves, nothing. So I go to pick up my order and I told her my name, the girl took it out and handed it to me and I SPECIFICALLY asked her if she needed to see my I.D. and she very plainly said "NO, YOUR GOOD"! Why on earth would I come here again? I thought about getting a full refund, but then I would have to purchase the print again and come out at a loss. I tried talking to the location several times, spent an hour on the phone with customer service, who just told me to call the framing hotline.
