Wow. Do NOT go to this location. We made an online order since we thought it would make things easier. They had us sitting outside for 25 minutes, then told us we should have checked in, which we did! The stall even recognized that we checked in, so it wasn't a system failure. They brought us out COLD food, with missing items, but remembered an attitude on the side. Why you would make fast food ahead of time, I'm not sure. Took so long to make a forgotten shake that we went through the drive thru since the workers seem to like to pretend we don't exist. Then they had cars sitting at the order box, but not actually taking orders. We get to the window and they give us a hard time, but agree to remake the food, after which the manager said "you don't have to actually remake all of that" to a worker. Real nice. They took the food back, which is odd in covid times. Probably just reheating it. Back to our lovely stall, but they gave us our shake so at least that can melt while the food is being "remade". Surprisingly didn't take that long. It should have been that way from the beginning. I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. We were right on the edge of getting a refund. Read moreThe person who brought my food out had incredibly dirty nails, my shake cup hadn't been wiped off and I wasn't given any napkins, I asked for no cherry in my shake and there was a cherry, both orders of tots were old, the bacon double cheeseburger was an old double cheeseburger with no bacon. I went back to have it replaced and asked for a fresh bacon double cheeseburger with no tomato only to receive another OLD double cheeseburger. I went back around the drive thru and told the MOD that the burger I received was wrong for a second time. She walked away from the window without saying anything and then comes back with a side of bacon telling me that I can add the bacon to the sandwich myself. I replied and said if I wanted to make my own sandwich I wouldn't have ordered one. I then simply asked for a refund and she said she can't give me one because I placed the order on the app. I t told her 7 times I didn't use the app and I placed the order online. She proceeded to tell me that orders placed on the sonic website are 3rd party and she can't help me. I haven't been to this Sonic location in several months and I immediately remember why I stopped coming. The service is dreadful and the food is always cold and/or wrong. Read moreI will never make the mistake of coming here again waited over an hour in the stall after putting in a mobile order for a milkshake and a slushee which read they had received it on the screen and even someone was headed my way with the order and then the screen just went back to the press when you are ready to order screen after pushing the button again twice and calling the store three times I went ahead and got into the drive thru lane where I was told by the lady at drive thru named chay that the stalls didn’t work and they were just too busy to answer their phone so it was my fault that I had been waiting for so long... I have worked in fast food for several years and I was understand running a fast food restaurant can be difficult but there was no one else in any of the other stalls and they only have one drive thru lane so I’m not sure why the so called manager couldn’t have simply answered the phone when she had an employee just wandering around (I could see right into the drive thru window from where I was parked) In my opinion management needs to be trained better at multitasking or close down to only drive thru if they can’t handle the load and maybe teach them to not talk to customers like...
