My Gym Carlsbad — Attraction in Vista

We had the best experience here for hosting a 3rd birthday party. I booked it early and I work closely to the location so anytime I would have questions I'd just pop in and ask away. Kayla was always so patient with me and answered any questions that I had, and I popped in basically every week or so. Come the day of, they set up EVERYTHING. I had a Mulan themed birthday party and Mulan decorations are not as common as some of the other popular ones these days. They did a beautiful job decorating nonetheless and made it into a Chinese New years theme to go along with Mulan. They even had a banner for her which was so sweet of them. We were set up in no time and once all the kids arrived (about 15 total) they did such an amazing job entertaining them with activities. Everyone commented on what an amazing job they did and all the parents were so impressed by the facility and the ability of the workers to smoothly execute everything, especially with so many rambunctious kids. They provide all the food and cake cutting for the kids and it went perfectly. I was able to bring in my own snacks, food and drinks for the adults and any additional decor that I had. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to host your next birthday party. All the parents made sure to let me know that their children had such a blast that day.

We had our daughter's birthday party here last year and this year because she liked it so much last year. Last year was great. This year we were really disappointed. Pretty much every perk for the party was removed. No more decorations provided. No more chalkboard sign saying happy birthday. No crown. We were told the kids needed grippy socks, so we put in the invitation that everyone needed grippy socks. Most people brought grippy socks of their own but we were forced to buy socks for them anyway at an additional cost for each child. We were charged for a child that came in but didn't go in the play area to play and left after a few minutes. Overall it just lost any sense of being special that it had last year. The staff was nice but honestly the sock thing just felt like an insulting money grab. Kids took off their grippy socks to put on other grippy socks that cost more money for no reason. It also struck me as weird that we paid hundreds of dollars for the party that had no extras like last year, and we paid for all the kids to have socks, and then we got asked for a tip with a suggested price of nearly 100 extra dollars. But I'm not sure what the tip was for. We paid for a party. We got a party. We were forced to buy socks, we bought the socks. At what point did anyone do anything above and beyond the agreed upon price to justify paying an additional 100 dollars? This will be our last party here. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at my gym in Carlsbad! Recently, we celebrated a friends birthday there, and it was a fantastic day from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged and entertained throughout the entire event.

The birthday program was exceptionally well-organized and tailored perfectly to the multiple age groups that were there. From fun games to exciting activities, every moment was filled with laughter and joy. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive to the needs of each child, ensuring everyone felt included and had a great time. Especially, the owner. She was extremely engaged and caring. What an amazing spirit she had. No wonder this place will succeed.

Also, the facilities were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed. Including a freaking zip line.

Overall, I highly recommend my gym for hosting children’s parties. They truly understand how to create memorable experiences and provide exceptional service. My kids are already asking when we can go back! Thank you and can’t wait...
