Music & Arts — Attraction in Wake Forest

On May 1 I stopped by the store to purchase a pair of drumsticks to display at my brother's funeral. This was a last minute purchase because we wanted to have them engraved and displayed. I had a long drive out of town but I took a chance and made the trip to the Music store in Wake Forest to see if I could make this happen without feeling overwhelmed during my time of sorrow and was hoping it would not be too hard of a task. Matt listened to my needs and assisted me with such compassion, care and patience. He asked questions like if I knew what kind of sticks I wanted or if my brother had a favorite drummer, which I did not know that answer to any of the questions so he provided the best option for the display and provided kind works like "This is a nice way to honor him" which meant the world to me and my mother in more ways than he can ever have known and now we have something to pass down to his children.

Kindness and compassion is so necessary when you work in retail because you never know what someone is going through and Matt's kindness made this emotional decision less stressful and we are grateful. This store has some amazing employees...

I had recently broken my index finger on my left hand. So what to do as a pianist, work on you're right hand while the left is taking a breather! Aside from hitting the C.L Hanon book and some ragtime (very busy on the right hand) I was looking to keep my sight reading sharp. I went into this store and was able to find a Sonatina book that is perfect for my needs at the moment (right hand has alot of movement). My 6 now 7-year-old daughter has really enjoyed piano lessons and has far exceeded my expectations in advancing from never playing the piano to now I can print out sheet music and she can play it within 2 months? It's crazy!

EDIT: After four months, there has now been a billing issue and I have found that the website is broken (Don't tell me to put a credit card online if it won't accept credit cards online) and the instructions given over the phone were incorrect. I hate to reduce my rating but this was very...
