Good food; Bad Customer Service: I have patronized this restaurant for years, since 2016. Whenever we place a to-go order, we have been told that we would have to pay for extra chips. Today my co-workers and I ordered food, see the receipt below. We were expecting an extra bag of chips because we ordered cheese dip. However, my co-worker who picked up the order was told that an extra bag cost $4.19. She stated that the extra cost did not seem right because we ordered an item (cheese dip) that included the additional chips. I called the restaurant once the food arrived and discovered that there was no additional chips for my cheese dip. I called and asked does cheese dip come with chips. The answer was yes. I asked to speak to a manager and was finally transferred to a person named Danny, Bar Manager and Shareholder who had been working there for 4 years. I explained to Danny the situation and he said that I should have asked for the chips. I said that they were asked for during this visit and previous visits. As I was explaining this to him he interrupted me several times, asking if I was the one who picked up the order. Unaware that he was on speaker phone my coworker who picked up the order interjected because a simple situation, requiring clarity about a bag of chips was becoming a heated conversation for no reason. Danny was informed that we would be sure to leave a review about this experience and we would make sure that all of our coworkers were aware of the situation. He did not seem concerned about the review or the potential loss of customers. He stated that he would talk to the workers about the chip policy. We requested the owner's name and he gave it to us, informing us that he would be out of the country for the next month. He said that he would give us chips and cheese on...

Not only was service great but the concept of working as a team was so well implemented here that each server helped everyone. From the clean crisp ambiance to the professionally dressed staff not a nook or cranny was missed in designing this place.

Our adventure started as with many Mexican restaurants with the chips and salsa. This salsa although it had a hint of freshness was a bit too thin, although still good. Our cups never went dry and the chips kept coming.

For entrees it is one's humble opinion that the fajitas graced over the pineapple is a must try. The seasoning was perfect and the flavored were just right. Now upon special request we were given the chipotle sauce that had just the right amount of flavor and heat. What was even better is that they made it fresh and it was perfect.

Moving on into the wonderful experience tex mex entree was not a favorite but was just ok. Perhaps they just need to work out the kinks because the shrimp was a bit over cooked.

Now one cannot be true to their full analysis without trying dessert and dessert we did try. For dessert we were teased with the best flan one could grace their tongues on. This flan was so good the plate needed to be licked clean.

With all that said we surely will be back for more.

After reading mostly positive reviews we decided to celebrate my daughters 6th Birthday here. The waitress we had had zero personality and we did not see her smile one time. We had to get another waiter to get her two times during our visit because we had empty glasses and salsa bowls. Let me also say, for fun, my daughter counted everyone in the restaurant and came up with the number of 10 people. It was extremely slow at this time. Everything took forever, the food, telling her we needed boxes and the check, bringing the check back, the service. It was absolutely ridiculous. They sang to my daughter in spanish and this wonderful experience we wanted for her turned crappy when no one knew how to sing it in Spanish. There were many awkward silences at our table because we were all frustrated with the service. Will not be returning. A hopeful memorable experience turned into a disappointing one. Also, none of our dishes came with a side of rice and beans.. what Kind of Mexican...
