I come in this store pretty often. I have been for a year now. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience. No one has bothered me, nor tried to sell to me, or aggressively market towards me. Until the last time I came in. 3 people in the span of 30 minutes invaded my personal space to try to get me to sign up for some bullshit card. Honestly I cannot believe in this day and age that companies still think it's a good idea to have employees get in your personal space while you shop to try and push a membership card or some program. It's disgusting, reeks of desperation, and is a complete turn off for me wanting to come into the store. This company is using outdated methods to try to boost their conversion percentage and inflate their numbers. It's hollow, fake, and irritating. Any self respecting, well run, and classy company would respect it's customers and let them shop in their store without interrupting them, unless specifically asking for help. If you want to shop at a place like this where you're treated with respect, go to the Ross right down the sidewalk...
Read moreMary, the Indian lady who has “coordinator” on her badge, is terrible at customer service. She never acknowledged me as the customer during checkout. She kept yapping her mouth to the other Indian associate. Through the entire checkout to the point where she failed to take the sensor off my items. When another associate came up asking if she had the keys to open the men cologne display, she said she would go help the customer. And then she physically turned her body to continue talking. She never said ANYTHING to me: no “hi”, No “thank you”, No “would you like to open a rewards account”. NOTHING! Even when I came back to have the sensor removed, she didn’t even apologize or say have a good day. I’m certain the customer who was waiting at the cologne case is still waiting on Chatty Mary to...
Read moreThey have a lot of stuff and I do enjoy shopping here BUT the reason it’s 3 stars is because I am constantly asked about the dang credit card lol. No matter if you say no they’re gonna ask a bunch even if you try to hand them money they won’t take it and still try to get you to get a credit card and I get it’s their job but 3 times saying no should be more than enough for you to get I’m not signing up! 😂 the manager today wouldn’t take no for an answer but eventually she took my money and checked me out. I’ve also been followed around because of my baby stroller I’m assuming and then approached about “starting a credit card” while whatever employee is asking walks around eyeing my stroller like I’ve taken something and hidden it in...
