Oh boy. This is a special review and shout out for Chad, Jesse & Aaron. My husband and I spent months looking for a toy hauler. We had finally found the one we wanted. The special little details just sold us on it. Now, the next step was contacting the dealer. We worked out an arrangement with Suzy. The deposit policy is $500 for 30 days. We provided Suzy with a much, much larger deposit than that as we knew it would be a few months before we were able to come and pick it up. We stayed in communication with Suzi the entire time. We kept her updated on when we would be there. When we made the purchase we had told her we wouldn't be able to get there until November. Due to our work schedule and us having to travel over 2k miles to get there. She knew all of this. She accepted our deposit under these conditions & she sent us paperwork, with our VIN number. Fast forward to November. Pick up time. We spent days driving over 2k miles. We arrive and we walk into 'our' trailer. The couch is different. It's not the same couch as pictured. This is where Aaron comes into play. When we spoke with him about it, he had told us that most likely someone took it out to use it for another trailer but never replaced it. He also told us that he had spoken with Suzi about this multiple times and had told her that she needed to contact us and make sure we were ok with the couch change. No one told us about it. Now, we have the wrong couch and exposed wires hanging down from the removal of the original couch. Next, we proceed to check the VIN number...and guess what! It's NOT the same one. We were extremely upset at this point and proceed to go and speak with Suzi about the couch and the VIN switch. During this time she attempted to lie to us many times about many different things. She sold our original trailer and admitted that it was because we weren't arriving until November. So here's the thing, she sold us a specific VIN number and then she turned around, sold that same VIN number to someone else & then tried to play it off without even telling us about the VIN switch. We had to find out on our own. We are infuriated at this point. We are no longer willing to accept that trailer. Now this is when Jesse comes into play. He went above and beyond to search the entire lot for the specific toy hauler we were supposed to buy. Keep in mind, it was nearly impossible to get Suzi to assist us in looking at other ones, & here is another employee who is not responsible for her mistake but is going above and beyond to help fix it..for us. Now, we find the trailer but it's missing the recliners, Chad shows up at this point, we tell him what's going on and he is now also 100% involved in resolving this matter. We did leave with a trailer. Thanks to Jesse, Aaron and Chad.
I do recommend this dealer but if I may say so, I advise you to avoid Suzy as your sales consultant. I also advise you to make sure you say hi to Chad, Aaron and Jesse. They are some awesome people who will go above and beyond to make sure you...
Read moreI purchased my 2019 Palomino SolAire Ultra Lite 312TSQBK from Cheyenne Camping Center. First of all if you were like me and reading reviews I need to give you some friendly advice... If Cheyenne camping center has the RV you are considering don't hesitate to buy it now. You can hold an RV and even if you change your mind I am sure they would be Glad to help you find a model that suites your needs. There is a reason for all of these Rave reviews! Don't go to camping world either or buy an RV from them because they will waste your entire day with tricks and gimmicks. Cheyenne camping center on the other hand is very straight forward. I like what these people are doing here and guess what they have been doing it this way for a very long time. They are in Business for their customers and not to necessarily line their pockets. They are doing an honest Good work and service for their customers. I Would only buy from CHEYENNE CAMPING CENTER for my future RV Needs. Why? BECAUSE THESE ARE REAL GENUINE PEOPLE RUNNING A FAIR AND HONEST BUSINESS! I just can't say it any other way.
If you'd like to keep reading I have added some more reasons why I bought my RV from them and it isn't just one or two reasons there really are many of them. First and foremost keep in mind There are No dealer fees or prep fees. They do not charge you high interest rates or push any warranties on you. It is truly a hassle free buying experience that will likely save you thousands of dollars. I am A businessman myself and I always pride myself on being honest and providing low prices that are fair to my customers. They really do that here and you get a much better product than camping world.
We went to camping world and almost bought a travel trailer but something just didn't feel right so after looking at several units we left. Then I remember seeing Cheyenne camping center online even though I knew it was an 1100 mile trip one way I had a gut feeling that it would be A Great experience and it was.
There was not one issue before, during, or after the transaction. I was greeted professionally and they took care of everything. They really put a lot of time and effort into cleaning and prepping. They don't even charge a fee for that and it is built into the price. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Rick in Sales and Andy in Service did A top notch job on prep and Orientation. Thank You Again! I'll be back to buy another one...

I was working with Suzi on buying a travel trailer from about 900 miles away. We had been working on buying it for about a week and a half or so. Everything was in place. I was planning to start the drive the next day. In preparation for the long turn-and-burn drive, I had taken days off of work and had changed my oil in my truck (early since I was doing a long drive). The day before I was to leave, I was told that my wife would have to be present to sign papers as well, which was impossible, given our family situation currently. And we had very clearly discussed that she would not be there, and that papers would be overnighted here instead for her to sign.
As an alternative strategy, I called my attorney, and he suggested a limited power of attorney, which we had drawn up and notarized. I then spoke to a manager, Justin. Justin informed me that they do not accept powers of attorney, and that it is actually illegal. He was also smug and arrogant and the reason I took the time to leave this one star review. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to him. Never once was I asked how they could help or make it up to me for my wasted time, money, and vacation days from work.
I also had issues with their receptionist getting calls out to Suzi and I had to remind Suzi of the options I wanted every single time I talked to her. These were minor annoyances, and not the end of the world, but when I look back at it, I now realize it paints an overall picture of ineptitude, and I think there would be a very high chance of things being wrong when I got there.
I later called my attorney back and he confirmed it absolutely is not illegal and he does them all the time for similar purchases. I have since found an identical model at a much closer location. I'm more than happy not to support Cheyenne...
