I went there to replace a couple of tires, one each on different axles due to previous now fixed alignment issues and noticed big piles of aluminum and steel wheels and never seen such piles of wheels before except in a junkyard and I wondered what the story was behind that. Here's the story. They pulled the wheels off 2 axles and said the rims were bad and refused to put them back on unless I bought 4 new rims. They looked fine to me. These guys are crooks. It is against the law last time I checked to hold someone hostage. Add to that I was hauling perishable food so they were also in violation of the Patriot Act as well. If I had more time I would have called the police and had the TA across the street bring and mount the tires I needed. I used to buy a fair amount of fuel there, but from now on I will be avoiding that Pilot and it's shop like the plague. You should too. So in short if you go in there for tires, they won't allow you to leave unless you buy a set of...

I brought my Volvo over to these guys and they fixed the seal ok but said the hub nut was stripped. I inspected the "stripped" nut but saw nothing wrong with it, but had him change it cause I didn't wanna take any chances. Next, the guy said I needed an airbag. Indeed, I saw it had a small air leak. He replaced it and then said the other air bag was leaking also but I told him I'd get it done another time. The next day I got under my rig with a flashlight and a squirt bottle of soapy water, built the air up to 120psi and searched for 10 minutes and found no leak whatsoever. Oh, btw, the hub nut was $50. Guess they...
ย ย ย Read moreSpeedco across the street said they couldn't do anything with my 17 in. tires. Had to be 17.5 or larger. These guys at Goodyear said air is free, and gladly topped my tires off after it got cold last night and I dropped about 10psi on each wheel. They also saw right quick why the shop in Indiana who serviced the truck yesterday couldn't get air to the inside wheels. They were mounted wrong, and had no access to the valve stem! Dude pulled the wheel off and spun it. Remounted and torqued it, and said have a nice day. Topped off all the tires and wouldn't take...
