I would have given this place a minus 5 if it was possible. Three Quaters of the staff have an attitude of entitlement as if their job took a PHD to do. I went there with my 95 yr old dad to switch a title from his name to mine. We were told to fill out the highlighted lines on the form, which we did. After waiting in line to again to hand in the form the first thing the female employee who I went to looked at me rolled her eyes and with a haughty sigh said "Oh God No" I asked if I had offended her in some way and she laughed. Then she said you didn't fill this in, I asked if it had been highlighted and she said "No, but only a stupid person wouldn't put their town and zip code in those lines" Only A STUPID PERSON? I was following what I had been told! I asked her if I could do it there and she said "No you need to get out of line fill it out and get back in line" as she motioned security to come over I left line and complied. When it came time to pay for the transaction it came to $30.00 over the amount I had been quoted, I was told because I had to get new plates for the vehicle, I said we just got new plates from the dealer, "OH those were in your dad's name the, you can't just switch them to your name" Sounds like a MOB Rachet to me.. Anyway to the kind "Lady" who didn't like my appearance I want to say "MS. THING LOOSE THE ATTITUDE YOU ONLY WORK AT THE MVD YOUR NOT SOLVING WORLD HUNGER! Read moreJuly 2 2025 around 2:20pm, what appears to be a supervisor (beige khakis, beige/gray Tommy Hilfiger polo) pulled 2 random people who never went through the ticket/line process, but appear to be friends or family of his. He just took their documents, personally took them to the open register and waved those individuals over. He referred to one of his friends/family member as Tommy, the other gentleman was wearing a white shirt with back anatomy print. Registers 2 and 5. Never realized there was nepotism in DMV and such blatant abuse of power.
