WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Disrespectful to my wife more than once. We called to ask for pricing on a box a few months ago, she told my wife, "I have no time right now" and hung up on her, YES, HUNG UP. My wife later walked into her business and the lady was shocked, because she then apologized for hanging up on my wife and said, "I didn't know it was you" Then today, AGAIN! Crazy, same response, "I am busy right now" I have tried helping them out with printing for their clients and in return we get some weird customer service and disrespect. I have only been super friendly to them and that disrespect towards my wife AGAIN was uncalled for. Never doing ANY business with them again. USPS is next door and UPS is down the street, I'm good. You need to be nice to people, smile every once in a while. Make people feel like they don't mind giving you their money, don't look at them like "oh no, I have to work now" It's your job to be customer service oriented. They also do passport photos, key kitting, engraved nameplates, and DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping. In addition to these services, there’s also a few cute trinkets for sale - like candles, mugs, bottles, ornaments, picture frames and figurines- to name a few. And in the time of covid, they also have masks, sanitizers, face shields and gloves for sale!
With regards to my service, Rita was very kind and patient with me as I had 12 different faxes to send out, about 15 pages each. She kept me up to date with the fax confirmations as they came and apologized for the wait, as fax can take some time. Read morerude and unhelpful. couldn’t print out my form and blamed me for him not being able to do so when it was clearly sent fine on his screen. made me wait for 10 minutes for absolutely nothing. he wouldn’t even let me keep the one that he messed up, he rudely ordered me to give it to him and that he was going to shred it. during this time, another customer came in to send a package and the worker said he wouldn’t accept it and that she had to buy tape from them first to put onto the package, which was completely unnecessary and she reluctantly agreed to because she needed to send the package out and they were going to close soon. wouldn’t recommend. there are friendlier and better places...
