I've been ordering from settlers for a few years now and they've always gotten my order correct never had any issues until this last time I ordered. they did not ship one of my products, I left a message and let them know that they had forgotten one of the items, they could have just sent me what they forgot but they went above and beyond and sent me way more.I am in aww of the customer service. Wow! I purchased your amazing packed full of flavor jerky from a retailer in Oatman, AR... Amazing!!! Get this on the shelves nationally... I'm telling you what! A friend of mine made try it and I love it so much that I went to buy some the next day. The beef was great and the service was even better, I got to the store when they were already closed and employees were coming out to go home but a lady opened the doors just for me and let me take what I wanted. At the end she said “it’s Valentines just take it I won’t change you” and let me go without paying. From now I’ll be coming here....
