Raj Collections — Attraction in Waltham

I was torn between three and four stars for the threading. To address a previous review: The people I've seen do the threading do speak English. I'm not sure about anyone in their store downstairs.

First time I went in, it was fine. My friend and I were asked what we were having done, had our eyebrows threaded, were handed mirrors, and asked if we wanted to continue. After they asked "what made you choose to get threading done" and my answer was interrupted. They thought I misunderstood the question (I didn't) and changed it to "how did you find us". I shortened the answer to "an online search."

Second time we went in my friend went first. The woman on shift didn't offer them a mirror and called me over immediately. I waited until my friend said they were good. After my brows were done, the person walked away to the register. Again she didn't show the results, didn't wait for me to ask for thinner brows, and I probably should have called her back, but with the service we were receiving I decided to pay and leave.

I've had threading done five other places and I've never had this happen. It's only fair to add there was only one person on shift and another customer was waiting. However I've had my brows done in a mall with four customers waiting and the only person on shift was still asked if they were done before moving to...

i’ve been going to raj for 5+ years now. she and her staff are amazing. brows is just rajs thing! she sculpts them to your face enhancing your shape! sometimes brows can be a process but she is so knowledgeable, and really loves what she does. it shows in the work and the end result is always you looking like the best version of yourself. i’ve also had facials which are so affordable, and super fun as an add on to any service. it is a super professional setting but you also feel like your meeting with friends! they take care of you it’s not just about the service with them. she offers this amazing hair treatment as well! 6/7 months ago i did a big chop. i shaved my head to start anew. and that’s exactly what i’ve done. the growth i’ve had from her home made remedy along with scalp massage and steam treatment after is really incredible. my hair has grown thicker, longer, overall healthier! she focuses on areas that need it and really pays attention to the process in any of her services! i highly recommend going to rah and her staff. you won’t regret it! brows brows...

This was first place i went during pandemic when there was limited access to salons. I trusted Raj with following safety & Covid -19 Protocol of social distancing. I like clothing collection she has , they are priced reasonable. I was skeptical of going to salon for getting my hair coloured & styled, but she definitely knew how to put me at ease, I asked her to do curtain bangs & she nailed it.I was looking for hair colour but which was natural, cruelty free which would stay for about 4 to 6 months. she definitely has that , hair colour quality is excellent & it does not decrease the quality of your hair. My mom is also a regular customer there for her HAIR SPA, she has seen hair growth & her hair quality is improved. Staff is friendly & supportive. Almost everyone in my family goes to Raj collections for their salon requirements & shopping. I highly recommend Raj Collections to others . Be Local...
