Rock N' Sports Entertainment — Attraction in Warrensburg

This is my favorite store on the planet. My mind was blown on my first visit to Warrensburg when I was still deciding about UCM. And now, even several years after graduation, we still make the trip in from the city to shop for our games where the owner and employees are all stand up people and don't try to rip you off. Nolan remembers us every time we walk in, even during Covid when we were masked up and hadn't visited in several months. When I worked in town at RISE, the individuals with developmental disabilities loved to come visit because Nolan was so kind. It's true you can probably find cheaper prices for some games on Amazon, ebay, Facebook, etc but the difference is not that much because pricing is always fair and I feel better shopping here at a local business than at a bigger retailer. His buyback prices are so fair that he would be my first stop to sell games/collectibles when I needed tuition or grocery money in college. If I have question about inventory or pricing for a console I want to sell, the store is incredibly responsive when I message on Facebook. They don't have to have their big December sale but they do. They dont have to price fairly or remember what we collect or do their seasonal lotteries but they do. You can juat feel how much they care about their customers. Went to college in Warrensburg and quickly found rock n sports. Ever since my first visit, they have been my go to for retro games/entertainment. They have vinyls, games from Atari to ps5, Nintendo galore, Pokemon, and much much more! Don’t be alarmed if you get to the door and see that capacity it enforced. From my experience, I have maybe seen the door locked once and was open for me within minutes. I feel this improves a customers experience because then you don’t have hundreds of people all around you when there’s so much to look at! (Everyone wants to see this place) It’s an amazing collection! Both gentlemen running the business are very knowledgeable and can help you with literally any questions you might have. And 9.9/10, they have what you want in stock when no one else does. And it’s ALWAYS authentic and has competitive pricing on everything. It is by far the best retro game store I’ve ever set foot in. My family and I have been loyal customers since we moved here 9 years ago. Each and every time we go in, we are greeted with respect and kindness. As we enter, we are always asked if we need help finding something. If so he will stop what he’s doing and help us search or look up where we can find it. They have great prices, great trade in values from movies to game systems. If you are looking for something special, and he doesn’t have it, he will do all he can to get if for you, or send you somewhere else that may have it which is something unheard of from a local small business.
